Ron Paul’s Third Party: The Wild-Eyed Radicals

In watching the so-called debate on Murdoch News last night, it became clear that there were two parties up on stage: the conventional Republican Party in the living ghost of George Romney’s son, then the man who has shown, by the way he shoots off his mouth, that his experience has been rich in numerous gins (ah, if only cannabis were legal and alcohol called for a long prison sentence, how many of these vile politicians would we not be cursed with!), then a sanctimonious saint, who thinks that foreign visitors to America should be held in prolonged indefinite detention without trial, as if foreigners and American Citizens were two different species of the Human Race, and foreigners were not entitled to the Inalienable Rights that Jefferson said belonged to all men, and finally a sadist who goes out shooting cayotes for pleasure — an ignoble human murdering a noble animal. And George’s son added that he too loved to go out and terrorize innocent, noble animals like the elk, just to show that he could be just as sadistic as someone from Texas. We believe him.

This was the mob of hooligans that confronted the Statesman, Congressman Ron Paul of Texas, as he took on the dross in last night’s so-called “debate” sponsored by perhaps the most biased, and propaganda-insinuating, major news outlet in America, though the so-called liberal stations are almost equally as biased and slanted. And what we heard was a pack of drivelly platitudes and dodged answers from the Four Whoresmen of the Apocalypse, and a series of very specific answers from Congressmen Ron Paul. He even became didactic in some of his answers, giving the American Public a lesson in subtlety when he crossed Gerald Seib’s loaded question about military spending, and Paul taught America that there was a huge difference between Defense spending and Military spending, and caught up Seib when he tried to reiterate the question. Paul has been quite aggressive and good at pointing out to the public the stupidity and slantedness of the questions that have been directed at him in recent debates (and we say “at” him, and not “to” him), as when he slapped down George Stephanopolis when he rudely tried to talk over Dr. Paul’s answer (and isn’t it a distinct conflict of interest when a former spokesman for the Democrat, President Clinton, is biasly questioning the man whom the Democrats are most afraid of, because they know that he will steal a huge portion of their base? — the anti-war movement, the anti-Wall Street Bank crowd, the Hempsters, and the Civil Libertarians — quite enough voters to push the election from Obama to either Romney or Congressman Paul himself.)

And sharing the stage with the hooligans was Ron Paul’s Party.

Without the Ron Paul “wing”, neither party will be able to secure the 33.3% of the elcctorate that they need to win, nor will they have the kind of drive that motivates the four groups above, plus all of the regular Republicans who know that Ron Paul’s views were and are the mainstream of the old Republican party’s ideals, even if they were never ever actually extant in U.S. History, a whisky dreamscape seen through rose-colored glasses. This block of 15-25% Republicans who are solidly behind Ron Paul, combined with the Independents, Libertarians, and anti-war Democrats and others mentioned above, will form a coalition that could very easily top the 33.3% necessary to revivify the American Revolution. In fact, Silverwolf thinks it will.

There are those who want to maintain the status quo, and those who want revolutionary change in America. There are the bleary-eyed Democrats who want the continuation of their welfare State, and the bleary-eyed Republicans who want the continuation of the military-industrial, farm subsidy, corporate-welfare State, and then there are Ron Paul’s Wild-Eyed Radicals. One group wants to maintain the cushy set-up they have grown accustomed to; the other wants to overthrow it, and create a Freedom of Order, the Order of Liberty and the Free-Market. This is the dichotomy: the reactionaries of the Democratic and Republican Parties, and the Ron Paul Wild-Eyed Radicals. Like chalk and cheese.

And though the Republicans field Romney, and the Democrats field Obama, it is the Wild-Eyed Radicals who will field the next President of the United States.

And America will be saved by its Wild-Eyed Radicals.
