Silverwolf was listening to the usual Socialist propaganda put out by the government station known as the BBC the other night. On their business report they featured the wealthy “Socialist”, Bill Gates, the second richest Capitalist in the world according to those who measure such things. Gates was putting out the Obama-Buffett line, that the “wealthy” or the “rich” will just inevitably have to pay higher taxes to cope with the huge deficits, i.e. the giveaways to the banks and their associates. Let’s throw that tax burden onto the “rich”, they say. What this really means in code will be higher taxes on the middle class, and anyone lucky enough to suddenly have a good year and have a higher income, perhaps after years of living on the edge. Suddenly one good year makes one “rich”, or “wealthy”. This is one of the big lies in the jargon of Liberals and Keynesians. The little guy who suddenly has a good year has a huge percentage of that wealth taxed away to be given to the banks, militarists, and welfare-ists, even though he is in a completely different class to the guy who has been having huge incomes for the last twenty years and who make most of it from government contracts, government contacts, or from dividends of stocks indirectly subsidized by the Federal Government, like “defense” stocks, banks, and insurance companies.

And, of course, the effect on the wealthy who pay no or very little tax will continue to be nil (for example, tax free munis, or avoiding state taxes with Treasury instruments will persist and be defended by Liberals) while those who do have to pay tax, like salaried employees, will get fleeced at a higher rate to make up for the fresh subsidies to the crony capitalists (who are not real Capitalists at all, but actually State Socialists).

What Gates, Obama and Buffett conveniently ignore is not only the spending problem which is the real cause of the debt problem, and not the lack of or unwillingness to pay exorbitent tax rates, but additionally they ignore the disincentive effect of higher tax rates on the entire economy, and especially those potential entrepreneurs who would have started ventures, but were disuaded by the new, higher tax rates. That damage to the economy is never mentioned by these so-called Capitalists, and we think it is because these fellows were never basically workers, but more traders of stock and builders of businesses. They built their success on two things: the ability to buy a stock and have its value go up, and the ability to build a business so that the original stock, which the founder owned, increased in value millions of a percent. Their business was their ticket to immense wealth.

Contrast this to a hard-working labourer like Congressman Ron Paul, who spent long years working in charity hospitals, delivering thousands of babies, and another four years serving in the military as a medical officer. Dr. Paul knew his wealth would depend on two things: how hard he worked, saved, and invested, and also on the integrity of the money he earned working all those years. It took Ron Paul years of hard work to earn what Warren Buffett and Bill Gates have almost certainly made and lost in a single hour, many times over. It is well for such super-wealthy individuals to pontificate about what tax rates we peons down below must pay to keep intact the integrity of the dollars in which their wealth is measured. But it has very little in common with the Doctor who is spending years in assiduous care, delivering four thousand babies, solving countless other medical problems along the way, and patiently saving for his family’s future, while raising several children.

So when the BBC publicizes the views of these “Socialist” Capitalists, they are really insulting the little ants in the Capitalist system, like you and me and Ron Paul, who live in the existential economy of everyday life, now made more sinister and dire the world over by the spectre of rising inflation, as the Socialists try to cope with the mess they made in the US housing market and the European debt crisis. They are lobing propaganda mortars into the public’s consciousness to get them to accept even higher tax rates.

Far farer would be a complete absence of income tax on anyone in the private sector, workers, and anyone making under a certain poverty-level income, while assessing a stiff income tax on government workers making over that poverty-level income, and anyone making an income through contact with the government, like government contractors. Dividends on stocks of companies doing business with the government would be taxed, but not dividends on purely Free-Market Capitalist companies. Farm companies receiving farm subsidies would be taxed heavily.

Such a system would distinguish between dollars made in the private sector through production of goods and services, which raises the level of society in general, and dollars made through government confiscations and privileged contacts.

Additionally, since government Socialists are so enamoured of the income tax and higher tax rates, they should have absolutely no objection to paying it, since they are advocating it. Their selflessness will be appreciated by the rest of us.

This whole question of the disincentive effect of higher tax rates, which the Liberals and Keynesians will never ever even whisper in public, was beautifully illustrated in the old Soviet Union, where it was almost impossible to launch a protest, by a group of the Soviet States most brilliant citizens, right under the noses of the Soviets, and there was not too much they could do about it.

And this non-violent tactic against the Soviet State, which was also a protest against every Leviathan State that has ever existed, and still do exist the world over, where they push their citizens around like cattle — this protest, we say, was quietly initiated by the Soviet Chess Grandmasters during the Cold War.

The protest materialized in the form of the Grandmaster Draw, a brief chess game, lasting perhaps a dozen moves, in which both grandmasters rapidly played an exceedingly drawish opening, usually trading off a lot of their major pieces, and verbally agreeing to a draw. The practice became so egregious that, after many years, chess federations began to ban such quick draws, requiring the players to play a minimum number of moves before a draw could be agreed.

Now, one should remember that at this time to be a Soviet Grandmaster was akin to being a British Pop Star in the early 60s. You were a national hero, all your physical needs were taken care of, though not lavishly, but you’d never be rich. When Spassky played Petrosian for the World’s Championship, the pot was $2, 000. A few years later, under Fischer, it was over a million.

So why did those Soviet Grandmasters protest? They had everything set up for them, although they did have to work nominally at another profession (Botwinnik was an engineer; those who had no profession were Chess journalists). No unbalanced Bobby Fischer, sitting up all night in NY City plotting how to destroy the Russians with opening innovations, for the Soviet State. In the Soviet State everyone is healthy, and since an overridding passion for chess is unhealthy, therefore everyone will work at another profession, and if they’re still chess bums, we’ll give ’em a journal to edit. There are a lot of outhouses in USSR, and they each need a stack of chess mags to keep the men of the nation happy.

But we think the real reason Tigran Petrosian, and so many of his genius colleagues, would play those twelve-move draws and then run off to watch a soccer game, was the same reason that millions of Americans will have when they will decide to work less in the face of higher tax rates, consume less, and generally feel that America under the Liberal Keynesians like Obama is a rip-off, not a just system. Their reasoned protest will be Indolence, and American prosperity will suffer. If you’re going to have me work like a slave all day, and then rip off 30-40% of what I make, to feed your military-industrial, banking, welfare buddies, then stick it. I’m sitting.

That’s what Petrosian did, and that’s what the American Productive Class will do if a Keynesian tax-raiser gets elected or re-elected.

So go ahead, BBC, NPR, and every government propaganda outfit around the world, keep putting out the myth that higher taxes will cure your greedy government-consumption of the People’s productivity, and keep ignoring the Grandmaster Draw effect of your insane, anti-Capitalist policies.

Only Ron Paul stands between them and the America of the Grandmaster Draw.

In watching the so-called debate on Murdoch News last night, it became clear that there were two parties up on stage: the conventional Republican Party in the living ghost of George Romney’s son, then the man who has shown, by the way he shoots off his mouth, that his experience has been rich in numerous gins (ah, if only cannabis were legal and alcohol called for a long prison sentence, how many of these vile politicians would we not be cursed with!), then a sanctimonious saint, who thinks that foreign visitors to America should be held in prolonged indefinite detention without trial, as if foreigners and American Citizens were two different species of the Human Race, and foreigners were not entitled to the Inalienable Rights that Jefferson said belonged to all men, and finally a sadist who goes out shooting cayotes for pleasure — an ignoble human murdering a noble animal. And George’s son added that he too loved to go out and terrorize innocent, noble animals like the elk, just to show that he could be just as sadistic as someone from Texas. We believe him.

This was the mob of hooligans that confronted the Statesman, Congressman Ron Paul of Texas, as he took on the dross in last night’s so-called “debate” sponsored by perhaps the most biased, and propaganda-insinuating, major news outlet in America, though the so-called liberal stations are almost equally as biased and slanted. And what we heard was a pack of drivelly platitudes and dodged answers from the Four Whoresmen of the Apocalypse, and a series of very specific answers from Congressmen Ron Paul. He even became didactic in some of his answers, giving the American Public a lesson in subtlety when he crossed Gerald Seib’s loaded question about military spending, and Paul taught America that there was a huge difference between Defense spending and Military spending, and caught up Seib when he tried to reiterate the question. Paul has been quite aggressive and good at pointing out to the public the stupidity and slantedness of the questions that have been directed at him in recent debates (and we say “at” him, and not “to” him), as when he slapped down George Stephanopolis when he rudely tried to talk over Dr. Paul’s answer (and isn’t it a distinct conflict of interest when a former spokesman for the Democrat, President Clinton, is biasly questioning the man whom the Democrats are most afraid of, because they know that he will steal a huge portion of their base? — the anti-war movement, the anti-Wall Street Bank crowd, the Hempsters, and the Civil Libertarians — quite enough voters to push the election from Obama to either Romney or Congressman Paul himself.)

And sharing the stage with the hooligans was Ron Paul’s Party.

Without the Ron Paul “wing”, neither party will be able to secure the 33.3% of the elcctorate that they need to win, nor will they have the kind of drive that motivates the four groups above, plus all of the regular Republicans who know that Ron Paul’s views were and are the mainstream of the old Republican party’s ideals, even if they were never ever actually extant in U.S. History, a whisky dreamscape seen through rose-colored glasses. This block of 15-25% Republicans who are solidly behind Ron Paul, combined with the Independents, Libertarians, and anti-war Democrats and others mentioned above, will form a coalition that could very easily top the 33.3% necessary to revivify the American Revolution. In fact, Silverwolf thinks it will.

There are those who want to maintain the status quo, and those who want revolutionary change in America. There are the bleary-eyed Democrats who want the continuation of their welfare State, and the bleary-eyed Republicans who want the continuation of the military-industrial, farm subsidy, corporate-welfare State, and then there are Ron Paul’s Wild-Eyed Radicals. One group wants to maintain the cushy set-up they have grown accustomed to; the other wants to overthrow it, and create a Freedom of Order, the Order of Liberty and the Free-Market. This is the dichotomy: the reactionaries of the Democratic and Republican Parties, and the Ron Paul Wild-Eyed Radicals. Like chalk and cheese.

And though the Republicans field Romney, and the Democrats field Obama, it is the Wild-Eyed Radicals who will field the next President of the United States.

And America will be saved by its Wild-Eyed Radicals.

Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! — Silverwolf

Ron Paul’s strong second place showing in the New Hampshire Primary was not only a stunning victory for the Congressman, but also a stunning victory for the philosophy that he champions. Ron Paul is not just Ron Paul; he is symbolic of a whole field of thought known as Libertarianism, and by coming second in New Hampshire, he has catapulted that field of thought over the battlements of the biased media into the mainstream of American political debate. People all over America are discussing what Ron Paul is talking about because, for the first time ever, they have a real politician, in the best sense of the term, espousing real ideas, and putting forward real solutions. The other Republican career politicians are like pablum before him, and that is why they have dropped off, one after another. The process of turning this into a two-man race is nearing its close, and it will soon be a Paul-Romney shootout at the public opinion corral. (Unless, of course, Buddy Roemer surges in the polls.)

To have blogged, and hoped, and routed for Dr. Paul for over four years, and to finally see him getting his well deserved respect from the media after the appalling way they treated him, is heartwarming to his supporters, and energizing to those who think that this is just the start. This is a chance to pull off the major changes that America needs to become once again the greatest society in the world in the broadest sense. There are many so-called primitive societies far saner (or, at least, there used to be), and many with less violence, but this fascinating millieu of a thousand different nationalities mixing in a capitalistic stew, in a society of stunning technical accomplishments, is still the most potentially revolutionary culture in the world, given its generally live and let live attitude to differences, and its toleration of free speech ( when did modern America ever see the religious pogroms that are occuring in Northern Nigeria, or the tribal pogroms currently going on in South Sudan. A new nation already plagued by the ancient disease of tribalism.) This is a chance to move not only America, but the whole world forward, for when the people of the world see Dr. Paul’s philosophy working in America, they will adopt it too. Indeed, the first effect of a Ron Paul victory would probably be a lowering of oil and food costs for the world’s poorest people as the dollar strengthened. A Ron Paul victory would probably save millions of lives due to cheaper food in the Third World.

However, what was even more fascinating than the new respect and influence the Libertarian philosophy has gained in regard to personal and economic behaviour, were the breakdowns of the voters in New Hampshire. Amongst those who considered themselves moderately liberal Republicans, Ron Paul won 33%, but the more conservative the voters got, the lower Ron Paul’s totals got, until, among the most Conservative, he got 18%. You’d have thought, considering his very conservative economic outlook on deficits and government spending, that the exact opposite would be true. Dr. Paul also won among Independents 33% to Romney’s 32%, but got trounced among women 40-20% against Romney. Additionally, Dr. Paul won big the vote amongst those earning 30-50k, while Romney got the upper brackets, and, of course, the doughty baby-plucker won the under-30s, whose brains are not yet senile from watching major network news or taking Keynesian economic courses at universities.

So Ron Paul seems to be the leader among those who are young, moderately liberal, and lower middle-class. However, the fact that 18% of the very conservative voted for him is not to be ignored. That’s not much less than the 23% he got state wide, and it shows that about a fifth of the Republicans in New Hampshire are true conservatives. There are those that want to conserve the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the American free-enterprise system as it should be, and those who want to conserve their tax-deductions and government contracts. There’s a difference.

So Ron Paul barrels forth to South Cah-lina, where he has “surged” 11% in a week to 20%according to today’s latest state poll, although a nationwide poll of Republicans shows Romney favored 67%-31% over Paul. But that could change radically with the elimination of the Republican pathetics like Perry, Huntsman, and Santorum. And when Gingrich’s block is freed up from encumberance, we will then have a realistic view of the Paul-Romney probabilities. It is obvious, from the way the moderate liberal Republicans flocked to Dr. Paul, that he would do very well among Independents, Libertarians, and the anti-war, pro-civil liberties, anti-Wall Street Democrats who are choking on their own vomit when they remember that they voted in the man who overthrew the Bill of Rights with his heinous indefinite-prolonged-detention-without-trial victory, the man who has legally enabled the first American Hitler with all the laws he will need. They voted in a man who is either a fool or a Fascist.

Ron Paul has achieved his victory after thirty years in the wilderness. Now even the Liberals are seeing that this Conservative Libertarian makes a lot of sense, and is far closer to their ideals than that mountebank in the White House. Ron Paul is the Liberal’s Conservative.

Onward Liberty to Cah-lina!

Shame on America and President Obama, for on December 31, 2011 President Obama signed into law one of the most heinous, dangerous, and anti-Libertarian pieces of unConstitutional legislation than has ever before disgraced the desk of the Chief Executive. In a low blow worthy of a Lyndon Johnson or Richard Nixon, President Obama has destroyed the peace of mind all Americans had, prior to December 31, 2001, that they would not be whisked away to a military prison by an Army under the leadership of a despodic president. Imagine if a George Wallace, Theodore Bilboe, or Huey Long were to now take office with this damnable law in place. Any dissident against their policies would be quickly “disappeared”.

The opposition to this Fascistic bill came from a broad coalition. As Congressman Ron Paul has pointed out so often, Freedom brings people together, and in this case it has brought two groups who are often attacked unjustly by the Right, but whom Silverwolf has usually found to be on the correct side of the issues, together with Dr. Paul’s Libertarian-Conservative coalition. There are very few positions taken by the ACLU that Silverwolf disagrees with; he regards them as friends of Libertarianism. Likewise with Human Rights Watch, which has opposed the most appalling breaches of Human Rights committed around the world for decades.

In commenting on this vile overthrow of Civil Liberties, the ACLU’s head, Anthony Romero said, “President Obama’s action today is a blight on his legacy because he will forever be known as the president who signed indenfinite detention without charge or trial into law. The statute is particularly dangerous because it has no temportal or geographic limitations and can be used by this and future presidents to militarily detain people captured far from any battlefield. The ACLU will fight worldwide detention authority wherever we can, be it in court, in Congress, or internationally.” He further added, “Any hope that the Obama administration would roll back the Constitutional excesses of George Bush in the war on terror was extinguished today. Thankfully, we have three branches of government, and the final word belongs to the Supreme Court, which has yet to rule on the scope of detention authority. But Congress and the president have a role to play in cleaning up the mess they have created because no American citizen or anyone else should live in fear of this or any future president misusing the NDAA’s detention authority.”

There you have it clearly, right from the mouth and pen of the head of the leading Civil Rights Defense organization in America.

And what does Human Rights Watch think on this issue? Its executive director, Kenneth Roth, put out the following statement: “By signing this defense spending bill, President Obama will go down in history as the president who enshrined indefinite detention without trial in US law.” And further, “It is a sad moment when a president, who has prided himself on his knowledge of and belief in constitutional principles, succumbs to the politics of the moment to sign a bill that poses so great a threat to basic constitutional rights.”

Pretty harsh stuff coming from another organization that is usually touted as “Liberal”, except these “Liberals” actually care about Civil Rights, unlike the myriads of Liberal Democrats in Congress who voted for this heinous bill. However, we’d dispute Roth’s assertion that this is a President who “has prided himself on his knowledge of and belief in constitutional principles”. Silverwolf can find no history of that in this President’s first three years in office.

So it was heartening to see Congressman Paul aligned in lockstep with the positions taken by these two Liberal/Libertarian organizations on this abomination of a bill, which provides for indefinite prolonged detention in military prisons without trial or charges being brought, and without the aid of a lawyer — a complete overthrow of the Jeffersonian Constitutional Democratic Republic and its Bill of Rights, accomplished by the so-called Liberal Democrat, Barack Obama, and his corrupt Congress. Indeed, the Republicans in the House were even more assiduous in destroying the last vestiges of Habeas Corpus and Magna Charta in America then their Democratic colleagues, as they voted overwhelmingly to support the President, although many Republicans voted against the measure, and many Democrats voted for it (roughly 2-to-1 Republicans voted for it, roughly 1-to-1 Democrats).

And in the Senate, it was only in the State of Oregon that its two Senators, Senators Wyden and Merkley, voted against this vile measure, and voted to defend the Bill of Rights and the Liberty of the American Individual. They should be applauded loudly for that vote, along with the other Senators who voted against it: Rand Paul of Kentucky, Mike Lee of Utah, Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, Tom Harkin, and our favorite Socialist, Bernie Sanders. The Defense of Liberty brings people together, as Ron Paul says, as one can see in this tiny delegation of men who, even if we do not agree with their economic views, can at least understand the Bill of Rights and its importance to a free society. Only seven measly votes against such a blatant overthrow of the Bill of Rights out of 100 Senators. That was the vote on December 21st. On the 26th, at the final passage of the Bill, 14 Senators voted against it, probably those who, just a few days before, were willing to overthrow the Bill of Rights but who, just four days later, when they knew the President would sign it, switched their vote so they would look like they were Libertarians. Don’t you think the public can figure that out, oh Senator Straddlefence?

And to show you how devious the White House was on this issue, President Obama issued a signing statement along with the bill that in essence said he didn’t like the indefinite detention provision but he was going to go ahead and sign the bill anyway. Now, when Senator Carl Levin was accused of having insisted that this indefinite detention provision be included in the bill, he pointed out in a speech on the Senate floor, which you can see on youtube, that in the original bill it had specifically excluded the indefinte detention provision from applying to US citizens, but that the White House insisted that the indefinte detention provision clause applying to Americans be included or the President would not sign the bill.

In other words, give me Fascist powers, overthrow the Bill of Rights, or I’ll twist your arm off.

And in this blant deception of the public, one can see the deviousness of the President, and his lack of caring about defending the Civil Rights of not only American Citizens, but also foreign visitors, to whom the Bill of Rights also applied, prior to the Obama pen signing this horrendous legislation, and wiping out with ink 235 years of Revolutionary activity designed to promote Human Dignity in a world that has never known it.

And when we look at the sole seven Senators who voted against it, we are struck by the anomaly that in only one State, the State of Oregon, did both Senators have enough Constitutional knowledge and wisdom to vote in defense of the American Individual by voting against this overthrow of the Bill of Rights. Senators Wyden and Merkley deserve applause on this issue, as does Liberal Congressman Peter DeFazio. For once they got it right. And should we nickname Oregon “the Libertarian State” in honor of their honorable vote?

Congressman Ron Paul, the ACLU, Human Rights Watch, and the Oregon Senate Democrats: a coalition against Fascism.

In the trituration of the last three years of the Obama Administration, the American People have come to see the utter failure of government to address problems that go beyond its Constitutional mandate. The vast confidence that the American State will solve all problems has given way to a deep cynicism, as the erstwhile supporters of the Fascist Obama see him jettison every last one of our Constitutional protections with his heinous and evil “prolonged indefinite detention”, and his newly stolen “right” to assassinate American citizens at will. Imagine if the War Criminal Nixon had had that “right” to go with his “Enemies List”. Obama has counted on the continued faith of the American People in the God of the State, but that faith has been shattered for most by the persistent economic depression that Austrian Economics predicted down to a “T”. It has also been shattered for some Libertarians who were blind enough to support Obama when they see him carrying out targeted assassinations of American Citizens, promoting “indefinite prolonged detention” without trial or a lawyer, expanding the unConstitutional “faith-based initiative” which destroys the separation of church and state, and giving away half-billions of dollars to Solyndra and the like, while telling the American People that they must “sacrifice”. Yes. go without America, so I can pay off my corporate sponsor.

But this phenomenon of loss of faith in the God of the State has not just been confined to America. All over the world, people are awakening to the falsity of this new God, the God of the State. In Tunisia, starting with the self-immolation of a vegetable vendor who just wanted to be a small-time Capitalist, to the overthrow of the Bush-Blair ally, the War Criminal Qaddafi, to Syria, where the world stands around with its finger up its ear while thousands are massacred by a regime that receives no criticism from its Arab allies, who are always braying about the alleged Human Rights violations in Israel. Why isn’t Jimmy Carter whinning about the Civil Rights violations in the Arab Countries? Maybe because of the millions he received from the Saudis for his Presidential Library, just like the Miscreant Clinton.

And even in Russia, where the Fascist Valerie Puta seemed to have an iron grip over her vast Mafia domain, the People are arising, spitting in the face of yet another Government Miscreant. Just what a whale-murderer deserves.

In Europe the People have finally awoken to the rottenness and inevitable destruction of all Socialist economic systems, even with America paying their defense bills for the last fifty years. In spite of all the loot the European Socialists have sucked out of the American Public, they still can’t pay the bloated welfare bills their citizens have come to expect in their vast entitlement society. No longer getting their goodies, the European Public will soon turn on their governments and burn that worthless piece of paper known as a Euro.

But Faith in Government does exist in one place in the world, and that is within the Ron Paul Presidential campaign. This Faith is not based on some naive hope that government will be good, and be filled with good-intentioned people. Such a puerile and false faith was laughed at long ago by Thomas Jefferson and his fellow Liberterians, for, have no doubt about it, the Founding Fathers were predominantly Libertarians, and the American Revolution was a Libertarian Revolution. The numbers of registered Libertarian voters in America shows how far America has moved from its Libertarian roots to the worship of the God of the State.

No, this Ron Paul Faith in Government is a faith that government will always do wrong, and power will always corrupt men, if left unchecked, and that is why the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are so vital to an effective government. The Constitution and Bill of Rights outline restraints on the government, not empowerments, which protect the Individual Human Being, the basis of society, against the Fascistic power of corrupt government. It is these restraints that Obama, the Democrats, and most of the Republicans, have overthrown, and it is these restraints that must be reinstated by the election of Congressman Ron Paul to the Presidency.

Ron Paul, the Iconoclast, is sweeping through the World Political Temple dedicated to the worship of the God of the State, smashing the idols of Fascism, Communism, Obamaism, and Clintonism, and his movement is being felt around the World. Hopefully, this movement is unstoppable, for we believe that Freedom, Liberty, and Human Respect, as reflected in Ron Paul’s campaign, will one day trump the Fascism of the torture cell, the Chinese mass execution, the jailing of bloggers, the arming of the Saudi Anti-Semites, the murder of Tamils in Malaysian jails, and the targeted assassination of American Citizens that President Obama either actively supports, or remains completely silent about.

January 3, 2012 will mark the beginning of the end for the God of the State.

Hooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww! — Silverwolf

In just two weeks, the People of Iowa may just turn back the War on Capitalism and the Bill of Rights that President Obama and his Bi-Partisans have conducted against American Capitalists during the last three years. Massive inflation and Communist-controlled interest rates weren’t enough for him and his FED. The latest, and most heinous blow, is the abridgement of the near-sacred American Bill of Rights, written and conceived by President Thomas Jefferson, contained in the Military Appropriations measure, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). There was much discussion about whether this does or does not apply to American Citizens, as if the fact that it would apply to any Human Being at all were not travesty enough, for it bifurcates Human Being’s Rights into Americans and non-Americans. On the contrary, the Bill of Rights applied and applies to all Human Beings, and should apply to anyone entering or located within the United States, since it is based on Natural Law, and Natural Law, Jefferson and the Founding Fathers knew, applies to all Human Beings.

What Obama and his Democrats have done, along with Collaborationist Republicans who must be booted out of office at the polls, is one of the gravest and most serious travesties against American Justice since the days when Saint Roosevelt rounded up Americans of Japanese descent and threw them into concentration camps in some of the most desolate and inhospitable spots in America — a crime for which he never paid.

The concept of Prolonged Indefinite Detention Without Trial or access to a lawyer is a vile concept, a Fascistic concept worthy of only a Hitler or Stalin, and the political hacks like Obama, Graham, and all the others who backed this vile measure, must be voted out of office in a great Libertarian wave that will sweep Ron Paul into the White House, and resecure American Liberty.

But few on Wall Street or Main Street realise that this heinous overthrow of the Bill of Rights and Habeas Corpus in the National Defense Authorization Act is also an attack on Capitalism, for Professor Rothbard lucidly points out that Property Rights are Human Rights, and those that attack the Bill of Rights attack Property Rights also. Indeed all Human Rights are ultimately Property Rights, be that the control over ones own body, which is ones property, or the possessions that one has legally acquired.

The People do not realize how serious this is, except for the Young, probably the lawabiding Muslims, who will now feel more insecure than ever, and those Ron Paul Libertarian supporters, who realize how vital the Bill of Rights is, along, paradoxically, with some on the Left, who separate Economic Rights from Human Rights (incorrectly, one might add).

Rise up, Capitalists of America! and vote the Communist Miscreants out of office, those who have raped our beautiful Bill of Rights, those who have undermined our once sound currency. Put them in the unemployment line for a change!

Rise up, Capitalists of Iowa! and give our nation and the entire world a Libertarian Victory that will shake the foundations of Washington and Pyong Yang far more forcefully that the Death of that little Miscreant Mass Murderer in North Korea. Rise up, and vote for Ron Paul, and you will send a message to all the Fascists and bullyboys around the world, whether they reside in Moscow, Washington, Havana or Kampala, that Thomas Jefferson and his Boys are coming back!

Rise up America, save real Capitalism, Liberty, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution!

Vote for Ron Paul January 3rd, America, and you will have your Revolution!

Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! — Silverwolf

There must be a lot of elderly Americans out there bitterly regretting their vote for Barack Obama in 2008, for his rule has been an unmitigated disaster for them. Obama and his Democrat-Republican coalition have given the senior citizens of America massive inflation in order to bail out their banking-interest friends, and the aged suffer when they try to buy food, gas, and medicine. The lie that there is hardly any inflation, and that even more inflation would be a good thing for the economy, holds little truth for the elderly pensioner trying to cope with food and gasoline prices that have tripled and quadrupled. And to add insult to injury, the Obama Administration cuts their Social Security COLA two years in a row, while prices surge ahead, in effect reducing the purchasing power of their pensions from 10-30% in just a few years. You can almost see the bankers giving Obama the high-five as he and they pull off one of the biggest robberies of millions of pensioners in all history. Obama is certainly the corporation’s blue-eyed boy.

But wait, here comes Ron Paul from out of right field to save the day, to try to reverse this terrible impoverishment of the elderly by the inflation machine of the corporate-government alliance. If those elderly, who brought their demise down on their own heads by voting for Obama, had instead voted for Dr. Paul in the Republican Primaries of 2008, their life, and the purchasing power of their pensions, would now be infinitely better. But as they sit home day after day, no longer able to afford gas, and eat the leftover stale cake from the food bank, perhaps they will reflect on what their vote brought them, and how valuable the pension that they paid over 13% into for all their working lives, while their employer contributed another 13% which could have gone into their salary, really is now. Perhaps they will think back to the happier days of their youth, when health was not a problem, and reflect on what they could have done with that extra 26% in their paychecks every week for 45 years. There life would have been much better for that extra money, but they were forced, through Socialist-government coercion, to pay that money over to the Ponzi scheme known as Social Security. And now Obama and his henchmen in Congress and the banking industry are making sure that that pension steadily buys less and less, as they try to inflate away the value of the massive and irresponsible debts they have thrown onto the American Public.

But the elderly won’t be fooled twice as they taste the ashes in their mouth which their vote for Obama has produced. In the coming election many of them will vote in their own self-interests again, but this time they will realize that it is Ron Paul who will make the money more valuable, not less, and who will reduce the Federal Debt to a level where it no longer threatens the stability of the U.S. Dollar. It is Ron Paul who will secure the fiscal soundness of the Social Security fund by slashing government spending to a level where our debt no longer continues to mount, but actually begins to decrease. And it is Ron Paul who will treat with respect the immense labor these millions of elderly Americans put into the U.S. economy, the value of which is now being destroyed by President Obama and his Inflationists.

No, the elderly won’t be fooled again by a lot of hot air rhetoric. They are the ones who daily experience their own suffering, not Obama and all the Senators and Congressman who voted for the TARP ripoff, and they are the ones who will stick that stylus through the hole that says “Ron Paul” on primary election day in order to save their own lives.

Ron Paul and the Grey Wolves, smashing Obama’s corporate inflationism at the voting booth!

Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww — Silverwolf

The upcoming election may determine not only the future of the United States, but may also determine the philosophy that the entire world will finally embrace. Currently it seems that it is the ideology of a greater and more intrusive Statism that is gaining ascendency in the world, as the Individual is made more and more redundant, while the government edict, and the government bureaucrat enforcing the edict, become more and more powerful. Conditions do not look particularly nurturing when it comes to the continued longevity of the Human Race.

However, nil desperandum. There is one slim filament of hope extant in the Western World that might bring about a radical change in Human Society: the candidacy of Congressman Ron Paul for the Presidency of the United States. If Congressman Paul could be elected, it would not only inject a direly-needed note of sanity into America’s fiscal condition, but also present before the world a wholly new philosophy that has never before been extant on the American political landscape. If this philosophy — the philosophy of Liberty, of losing control of the Individual but trusting in his innate decency if free, of Capitalist exchange between two willing parties — could take root in America, it could spread rapidly to the rest of the world, and we might see a mighty Libertarian Revolution grip the planet, sweeping away the diseased vestiges of Fascistic Government which currently infect so much of this tortured globe.

But let us, for a moment, dwell in the realm of happy fantasy. Let us assume, for the present, that Ron Paul is elected President, that a new wave of Individual Capitalism sweeps America, with prosperity levels rising, crime rates falling, and the price of necessities steadily eroding downward, year after year, so that people would have a great incentive to save money since it would be perceived to be always buying more in the future, instead of the current system of inflation which gives a great incentive to spend money before it loses more value, thus spurring even more inflation.

So Ron Paul is elected in 2012, the deficit under his Administration is drastically cut, the Dollar strengthens, damping inflation, Gold and Silver crash or steadily erode, unemployment virtually disappears with the elimination of the heinous minimum wage laws which outlaw contracting between two willing Individuals, the Federal jails are emptied of 70% of their inhabitants with President Paul’s pardon for all non-violent drug offenders, and the States begin to follow suit, foreign food prices come down with the stronger Dollar, and much of the unrest around the world abates, while U.S. productivity suddenly surges in the second year of the first Paul term, and advances at over 10% per year in the next six years of his Presidency.

And Capitalism flowers.

Now, let’s say that this first attempt at radical Free-Market Capitalism, as envisioned by Mises and Rothbard, leads to a virtual paradise on Earth over the course of several centuries. A virtually-free power source, probably solar, will have been found, and we will eventually reach a level of prosperity that will make it so that a man can earn his basic necessities for a year with a day’s work, or even an hour’s. And that “work” might be no more than sitting at a monitor for an hour, making sure the factory gauge didn’t go into the red danger zone. A hundred and seventy-five pounds of rolled oats, a hundred and seventy-five pounds of pinto beans, a quart of vitamin C powder, an insulated tent, two Mao suits (one for winter, one for summer), and a radiant solar heater that runs on a sun-charged battery and can heat the tent to 100 degrees in 10 seconds — and all for one hour of gauge-monitoring at the factory.

In such a world what need would one have for possessions? Perhaps very little. Silverwolf can envision a world in 2687 where Capitalists would have such easy access to necessary commodities, or even desired luxuries, in exchange for so little labor, that the desire to own a residence, to stay in one place, and to acquire an “estate” will have gone by the wayside long before. In such a rich world, people may decide that the trouble which ownership of property causes far outweighs the benefits, and since food, transportation, and lodging could be had for a few minutes labor (a world train pass good for one year in exchange for one hour’s labor, and similarly for a world lodging bunk pass), there would be little necessity to own mountains of goods or to vegetate in one place permanently. Massive chains of low-priced hostels, of food distribution stores, of railroads and hovercraft with special pass rates, would make for a world where the young Capitalist could so easily dispense with the monetary demands of Capitalism that he could focus on the other aspects of life like Philosophy, the love of Wisdom and Truth, and Artistry. Human Relationships might take prominence in life, instead of the grind of going to the office and the factory for forty years in order to accumulate a large bank balance.

So Silverwolf can foresee a day when Mankind will roam the Earth, sojourning whither It will. Perhaps most men will one day see all of the world, possibly several times over, as they travel through Bulgaria this week, Papua New Guinea next week, and Outer Mongolia the week after. A life of virtually-complete Freedom, without either Government, or Individual, coercion or aggression, and where violence was rarely heard of and viewed as a perverse degeneration.

And so, this coming election may be the most important in American history for not only America but the whole World. Your vote could start a Revolution of Human Dignity, or it could help to stifle it. And not voting is to help stifle it too.

675 years from now Human Beings may say, “Thank goodness for those folks who voted for Ron Paul back in 2012! We wouldn’t have this wonderful world we have now if they hadn’t made a Capitalist Revolution right when the world was on the brink of Socialist chaos, and they accomplished it bloodlessly simply by sticking a stylus through a piece of paper, or filling in a circle. We’ll never forget them, those Libertarian Heroes of Olde.”

If you vote for Ron Paul, you Seize the Day, and if you Seize the Day, you grasp the Future.

Hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww! — Silverwolf

It is no oversimplification to say that the current European economic crisis is caused by one simple thing: Socialism. The Western economies, Europe America Australia Canada, are finally being hoisted on their own petards, as they continue down the road to Socialism, and a government-planned and managed economy. It seems the Europeans are still so thoroughly inculcated with a love of the State, and an obedient dependence on it, that they cannot see that their problems stem exactly from these States, and their interference with radical, true free-market Capitalism without all the Socialist trimmings that drag it down: minimum wage laws, government pension and insurance schemes and deductions which the individual is dragooned into with their first legal job (no such requirements for black market work), licensing laws in certain professions (an auto mechanic working on the job for 30 years must still first obtain a teaching credential to teach auto mechanics), and regulations that make it too costly for many small businesses to start up. In other words, all the unnecessary, anti-Libertarian, Fascistic measures that make the State more powerful and important than the Individual, even though the “flowering” of the Individual is always claimed to be the true purpose of these “Democracies”. This is the simple truth in Europe, America, and those Socialist hags, Australia and Canada. Get rid of minimum wage laws, and all the bookkeeping the employer must employ to keep up on all the government deductions, and you will soon have no unemployment among youth except among those who wish to be unemployed.

But of course, the politicians who support the concept and idea of the Leviathan State, bigger and more important than the Rights of the Individual, continue to talk talk talk about their “solutions”, and now the markets are getting to the point where they no longer believe in their palaver, and are realizing that they are riding on a fiscal cannon out of control, fully loaded, and with fuse lit. The markets are about to blow up due to the Socialism that was first introduced by clowns like Bismarck in Germany, and Theodore Roosevelt and his “Progressives” in America. It’s taken just about 100 years for the rottenness to come to the point of disease, and more and more people every day, we’d guess, in Europe and America are realizing that the propaganda of the Clintons and the Blairs of an unending prosperity under an unending Socialism was just another tissue of lies.

These facts are propelling Ron Paul, and his realistic and objective way of looking at Economics, into the limelight, and more and more the young people realize that it is government regulations, like the minimum wage laws and the inflation the FED and its supporters have caused, that are keeping them down, day after day, year after year, as they are told to “go back to school and learn new skills” as if that would help in a constricting economy with no jobs unless you lick the boots of the megacorporations. The Big Government Socialists, from Clinton to Gingrich to Obama to Romney, would like to pretty much wipe out the small businessman, and gear all business towards the megacorporations that contribute so heavily to their campaigns. The small businessman represents competition, individuality, and independence, the very qualities the Socialists would like to bleach out of the people, and by having the megacorporations outcompete him, through the government placing even more regulations (i.e. burdens) on the sole proprietor, they effectively wipe out competition against their campaign donors. This exact process is now happening in the industry of growing organic food, where new “tracking” requirements for the small growers will result in this business being taken over by giant corporate growers who can hire one person to comply with the new regulations. For the small grower, this salary for a new employee, or the time required to do this compliace himself, effectively wipes him out of the market. Or, the would-be independent grower just doesn’t even bother to start due to the mountain of regulations, although the statistics on how many people are discouraged from going into business due to government regulations is never, and cannot be, revealed.

This is the garbage of Socialism that is holding down Europe, Britain, Canada, and Australia, and to many Americans it is clear that it is holding down America too.

Obviously, the solution to this economic cesspool is to take a different tack, to radically change course, and to understand why the current government interventionist policies do not work. This can most effectively be done by voting for Congressman Ron Paul, which is not just a vote for the Individual named Ron Paul, but rather a vote for the implied philosophy of Liberty and free-markets that he represents. Voting for Ron Paul is not just voting for Ron Paul; it is voting for Capitalism, for the Right of Individuals to come to mutually agreeable decisions, for the Right of Individuals to enjoy the fruits of their labor as they see fit, and not as some government Socialist tells them they must spend those fruits. It is voting not only for the explicit manifesto of actions which Congressman recently released to the public, but also voting for the implicit Libertarian Manifesto that Ron Paul has been tirelessly talking about for 30 years.

The choice is yours: vote for continued government intervention in every aspect of your life and more poverty, or vote for a whole new way of looking at the world, based on Freedom, Human respect, and the Justice of taking out of the world that which you have made by putting into the world: the old Capitalist bargain with the Individual and everyone else that usually leads to prosperity for the industrious.

Let’s turn the world into a new direction of Human Dignity, and not worship of the Idol of the State.

Let’s vote for Ron Paul and Freedom!
