America’s Major Political Party: The B. F. P.

February 23, 2014

America has one main political party into which fall 97% of the people: the B. F. P. or, as it is better known, the Bipartisan Fascist Party. This party compromises virtually all of the Democrats and Republicans in this country, and though there are many so-called Independents, in the final results the radically different parties — the Libertarians and the Socialist Workers Party for example — generally get only a smattering of votes, perhaps 1-3%. The Lemmings flock to the other two Fascist Parties, both big organs of big government-corporate collaboration in the looting of the Individual, be he worker, small businessman, artisan, or small investor. All are fodder for the giant corporate and government interests that suck, for example, $685 Billion under the Democrat Obama out of the hands of private Capitalists and into the coffers of the military-industrial complex, and pay the average Federal Government employee an annual salary of over $100,000. Some defense surely is needed against countries like Canada, that club baby-seals to death in front of their mothers and skin them alive, or Mexico with its sadistic public bull-baitings and murders. Surely such Miscreant Nations do necessitate some kind of military defense against them, but why are American taxpayers forced to pay for the military defense of rich Socialist countries like Germany and Japan, while property taxpayers in America are constantly asked for more money for police because the government is failing in its Jeffersonian responsibilities to defend property rights, which include your own body (i.e. in Libertarian Theory, an assault on your physical person is considered a property rights violation since your body is part of your property)? Imagine if just a fraction of the more than $100 billion we spend every 365 days defending Europe, were given to counties across America to provide real defense against common crimes. That should be the function of the “Defense Department”, not running hundreds of military bases all over the globe, in secure places like Germany and Japan. Let those bloodsucking Fascists pay for their own defense instead of constantly sucking off the American Taxpayer. The Bipartisan Fascists force you to pay for the defense of these dolphin-butchering, whale-slaughtering Racists, and you, the public, go along with it. What a nation of passive wimps America has become.

At the same time, the B.F.P. is bringing environmental havoc all over the globe, and the chaos is finally hitting those areas of Eastern America and Great Britain that for long have ignored the constant deforestation that is occuring in Liberal Democrat States like Oregon and Washington in America, as well as the South, and the other regions of the Earth that are usually raped for their trees. The BBC today had a real-time map of the massive deforestation that has gone on under the Liberal Democrats, since 2000, not only in America, but in Latin America, Australia, Canada, and Sweden. A Dead Planet will be the legacy of Liberal Democrats like Barack Obama, John Kitzhaber, Ron Wyden, Jeff Merkley, and Peter DeFazio, collaborators in the destruction of the Earth, and the stooges of the big timber corporations. These Collaborators have sold America so deeply into debt-slavery with their massive governmental schemes, militaristic budgets, easily-exploited welfare programs, and corporate subsidies and give-aways, that they now maintain, as was predictable long ago, that we must rape the forests and sell them to China to pay our debts.

Notice how the debts they created, unConsitutionally and Democratically,  suddenly became “our” debts. This is the inevitable result of Democracy or a Democratic Republic without a Jeffersonian Constitution and Bill of Rights. And the War on Drugs, and earlier Prohibition, as well as Individual Fascists like the transvestite J Edgar Hoover, destroyed the Bill of Rights long ago. President Obama’s proposed “Indefinite Detention without Trial” is just characteristic of this fact. Obviously, Democratic elections are a necessity, but majority rule without a Bill of Rights protecting every Individual and his property will quickly lead to Fascism. In America, that establishment of entrenched Fascism has only taken the 84 years since Hoover really kicked in the Governmental-Corporate Alliance, which was  greatly augmented by his twin, FDR. Both were corporate Fascists, though history is written as if they were exact opposites. There is little difference between Hoover Dam and Obamacare at root.

So now the Liberals like Tony Blair, and Julia Gillard, and Barack Obama, have wrecked the Environment so badly that their countries and citizens are having to pay huge prices and go through living hells just to survive. They ignored the Environmental Movement, and that movement itself has been obviously a failure since it has failed to stop the Destruction of the Planet. The Environmentalists have aligned themselves with the Liberal Democrats who are destroying the Earth, and they are afraid to criticize them. Even the Environmentalists are going along with the destruction of the Earth, not only by not criticizing and vigorously defending those Liberal Democrats, but by taking no vigorous actions that would bring them down, like mass demonstrations at State capitals, boycotts such as the Founding Fathers used against England, and impeachment of leading Democrats for failing to protect the Environment. They’d rather pussyfoot around while the Earth, the Trees, and the Animals —- and finally Mankind, — are destroyed. They don’t have the guts to attack the Democrat Forest Rapists and the Motherearth Frackers.

So that is how it is in America: One Big Fascist Party, and a few believers in Jeffersonian Libertarianism or Marx’s Workers Paradise.

The Bipartisan Fascist Party is destroying the Earth, and you are letting them.

They’re Libertarians and They Don’t Know It: The Freedom from Pesticides Bill of Rights

October 1, 2013

In a remote rural county of Oregon, a radical proposition is being placed before the voters that Silverwolf thinks is very significant for radical Individualist Libertarianism, not only because it attacks the Corporate Poisoners, who, in collusion with the Democrats, are slowly poisoning not only the beautiful lands in Oregon, but the local residents as well, but also because the Initiative would place the Rights of Individuals above the fictitious “Rights” of Corporations. These Corporate mass poisonings of the Public, through aerial spraying of dangerous pesticides adjacent to residential properties and lands, in order to swell the corporate coffers of the pesticide Industry, are the fruits of what anti-Fascist Historian  Dave Emory has called the Borman Underground Reich Capital Network, which is basically the wealth looted by the Nazis during WWII translated into corporate power throughout the world. The poisoning of Oregonians with Bayer pesticides is not very different, morally speaking, from the mass poisoning of Jews by Bayer during World War II, except in scale, only now the Democrats are defending the Nazis, instead of attacking them (though, of course, Roosevelt wouldn’t bomb the rail lines leading to the concentration camps, or even the camps themselves). The disgusting Democratic Governor of Oregon, John Kitzhaber, fully backs these attacks on the health of Oregon’s citizens and children, and the attacks on the value of their properties when pesticide residues drift onto their land. And this Shower calls himself not only a Governor but also an M.D.

The group opposing the Fascists and their Democrat Collaborators is the Freedom From Pesticides Alliance at freedomfrompesticidesalliance.org, which is based in Josephine County, Oregon. The actual initiative they are placing on the ballot can be read at their website.

Residential Property Owners must betake themselves to the defense of the environmental integrity of their demesnes, or this will become a rotten realm, fit for no man to live in henceforth. The Democrats and Republicans are destroying the Earth, as are the leaders of virtually every other country, from Valerie Puta, the Russian Whore, in her Siberia, to the Indonesian Tree Butchers of Borneo, to the Nazis with Suntans down under, murdering their kangaroos and deforesting the continent while they push boatloads of women and children back to sea, to the Japanese, Singaporean, and Malaysian investors, who make their money by destroying the rainforests of Asia.

And added to the massive spraying of toxic pesticides adjacent to the properties of Individual Free-Market Capitalists, is a proposed increase in logging and spraying by the Democrat, Congressman Peter DeFazio, which comes in the face of what the other day the UN called a 95% certain chance that global warming is taking place due to Human activity. Trees are Carbon Banks. The Democrats, including Obama and DeFazio, tell us that we have global warming and urgently need a carbon tax, but at the same time DeFazio introduces a Bill that increases logging on so-called “public lands” though they are administered by the BLM as a lucrative boondoggle for themselves and their Fascist, timber-corporation bedfellows. BLM collaboration pays the lucrative salaries, benefit packages, and pensions of the BLM bureaucrats.

So even though living trees are known to be wonderful carbon banks, DeFazio tells us we must cut more trees, as at the same time he tells us we should pay a carbon tax for the sake of the Planet and the coming generations. At the same time, he permits the use of atrazine in America, around children, when it has been banned in the EU since 2003, a ban he critically called for in the 1980s, but now is mum on. What a hypocritical Shower is Liberal Democrat Congressman Peter DeFazio!

(For an exhaustive examination of the pesticides which the Democratic Corporate Fascists are permitting to be sprayed on Americans, you can refer to preciousdirt.org, which is an excellent site for such information.)

It is only Libertarians, who want to defend their Inalienable Natural Right to the Quiet Enjoyment of their Property, and Environmentalists, who rarely seem to understand Free-Market economics, and who seem to have an animus against Capitalism, despite all the benefits it has brought to man’s basic standard of living, but who also share the Libertarians desire to have their properties free from invasion by toxic poisons — it is only these two groups who seem motivated enough to challenge the gradual Corporate Nazification of America, conducted by the mainstream Democrats and Republicans.

Silverwolf has written in the past of how these two philosophies, Libertarianism and Environmentalism, must come together and merge if we are ever to have a free world of free people in an unpolluted environ. A radical, Individual Jeffersonian Libertarianism, as seen in the original Bill of Rights and Constitution, is ultimately based on the defense of Individual Property Rights (and Professor Rothbard has clearly explained how all Rights, including Civil Rights, are ultimately forms of Property Rights, including the Right to own your own body),  Environmentalism, a loving of the Earth and Nature, and a wanting to preserve them as pristinely as possible, is also a type of Property Rights Defense Movement, although here the aim is the survival and health of the Human Race and all Life on Earth.

Through the legal weapon of the Freedom from Pesticide Bill of Rights, the voters of Josephine County will have a chance to prohibit the use of pesticides by corporate or government entities on all lands within the county except private residential lands. Though they have been accused of being on the side of corporations by the Left, Libertarians like  Professor Murray Rothbard have  repeatedly said that no one has the right to pollute the air you breathe or the water you drink. And, of course, one of the main Libertarian concepts, along the with Non-aggression Axiom, is the idea of freedom from invasion, whether of ones body by pesticide poisoning, rape, assault, or the Draft, or of ones property, like ones land.

As to the Crimes of Child Poisoning and Well Poisoning, — the Governmental Authority at the Federal and State levels has the responsibility and the authority to stop aggressions against Individuals like child poisonings, but that authority this day has become an abuse against Individual Property Rights to the very pitch of wickedness. The Crimes of Well Poisoning and Child Poisoning are so heinous that they may well warrant Capital Punishment, though that might sound extreme. and we have always strongly opposed the Death Penalty on Principle. But we’d settle for Life on Gruel at dull labor, which is what many Law-abiding Americans end up with, or even having the bottom fall out of their corporate stock portfolios, which in America is an even more feared form of Capital Punishment. (“Go ahead and execute me, but Please don’t ruin my stock portfolio!” cried the Corporate CEO at his trial.) Certainly such Crimes deserve at least 20 years in jail.

Governor Kitzhaber and Congressman DeFazio are Corporate Fascists who need to be impeached. These Showers are typical of the bulk of Democratic Politicians, just as deadly to children as the Corporate Republicans. It is a long way to the day when Silverwolf’s dream of having all buildings subterranean is realized, with the surface of the earth looking like one huge contiguous park or forest (and any necessary buildings above ground designed in the Gothic style of Oxford and Cambridge), but the first step to even having an Earth populated by Humans, Animals and Trees may be contained within this Bill.

It seems to us that in using the “Rights” argument to fight the Corporate Nazis, the Environmentalists, at least in this case, are finally on the “Rights” track, though we think the idea of “Community Rights” is an incorrect one which the Corporations can easily slap down. This is because a “Community” is a Collectivist Entity, just like a Corporation. Both are Notional Concepts, mere intellectual phantoms, and not a real Individual Human Being like you, with Inalienable Rights protected by Jefferson’s beautiful Bill of Rights. If a “Community”, which is a Collective, can have Rights, it will be argued, then why not a Corporation, which is also a Collective in our view, although without the coercion of being forced to stay in that Collective (i.e. a worker can walk off the job and quit; an investor can sell his stock).

Moreover, the “community rights” issue is actually a false attempt to enlarge the Jeffersonian concept of Natural Rights. Natural Rights were only inherent in Individual Human Beings, we’d guess in Jefferson’s mind, because at the time environmental pollution and deforestation in America probably never entered into men’s consciousness.  Back then, someone might decry the cutting of a particular grove or area that they loved, but the environmental degradation the upcoming generations are currently facing has gone way beyond that.

However, in establishing a “community rights” concept in Law, the Environmentalists are establishing, or rather re-inforcing, a dangerous anti-Jeffersonian concept — the concept of collective Rights. This phoney and false concept is the very reason Corporations have been able to establish and maintain such a massive violation of the Bill of Rights against Individual Citizens, as well as enabling whole groups to shift their tax burthen to other, less powerful groups and Individuals, both vile forms of cozenage. For example, married people and people with children getting huge tax deductions in the form of exemption credits which single people don’t qualify for (although if we continue to have the immoral income tax, then people with children under 17 should continue to get a tax deduction for up to two children). This massive injustice has gone on for decades, and is soon to be expanded with the legalization of Gay marriage. Such inequalities are corrupt and immoral, but you’ll never hear the Democratic politicians using their bully pulpit to denounce them, and call for their immediate abolition. On the contrary, they applaud it.

So, the establishment of “community rights” is a dangerous, collectivist phantom, that does not exist. However, since most of America passively accepts these collectivist injustices, such as corporate tax breaks and privileges, and marriage tax breaks, then going for “community rights” fits in nicely with the deception. If it helps halt attacks on Individual Free-Marketeer’s bodies and lands, then it is worth trying.

Another problem with the concept of “community rights” is: who defines the “community”? Is it a specific geographic area, and who gets the power to decide where the boundaries are? Now, in this case of Josephine County, the boundaries of the “community” are the borders of the county, so the concept is limited, at least to that extent  in this case. But  what about the members of the community who want the spraying and clearcut logging to continue? What about the people who hate trees, want to kill off Nature, and are so misanthropic that they want to see an end to the Human Being.  Aren’t the Necrophiles entitled to community rights also, since they are part of the community, and it could not be defined as a community without them?

Obviously, the idea of “community” can be extended outwardly indefinitely unto the utmost inhabited regions of the Earth. In actuality, the only “community” on the planet is Human Beings; it includes everybody. But we obviously don’t have control of what happens in “communities” in Siberia or North Korea. And in the short run, we think it imperative for Jeffersonian Classical Liberalism, that America continue to exist as a separate country, since it has the most Libertarian Constitution in the world, and by merging America into a “world community” at the present time, that Constitution would be quickly overthrown by the 80% of the world that is still Totalitarian.

No, the Environmentalists need to stick to one simple point: defending Individual Rights, (and ultimately those are all Individual Property Rights). That’s all Jefferson bit off, and it’s plenty. Don’t complicate it by saying that “ecosystems” or “natural communities” have Rights, because most of the American public, and certainly the legal scholars, won’t buy that. Animals don’t even have rights in America; they can be butchered and eaten by their owners, or butchered and have their corpses sold, to be pleached and plaited with human spittle; they can be slowly tortured to death in useless experiments at universities. What a vile end to a joyous life that began as a chick or a calf or a goat kid or a lamb or a baby salmon!

So if animals don’t have rights in America, and trees don’t have rights, you’re not going to convince a judge or the voting public that “ecosystems or natural communities” have rights, although “natural communities” does include in its concept both the ecosystem and the people living in it, so it might have rights because it involves Individual Humans by definition. But it still fails on the grounds of instilling rights in things other than Humans, which we don’t think will wash with the courts or the public.

However, this is picking tiny flaws in what is otherwise a seemingly well-wrought piece of legislation. One very important point this Bill does address, and it is a point Silverwolf has put forth many times in his posts, is that Individuals must be put above Corporations in the eyes of the Law. Our Jeffersonian Constitution speaks only of Individual Rights; it says nothing about Corporate Rights, and so, in our Laws, Libertarians must fight solely for Individual Rights, for the idea of “Corporate Rights” is an oxymoron and a lie. Collectives don’t have Rights; Individuals do.

So kudos on the Environmental Revolutionaries who crafted this wonderful, though slightly flawed bill. This Libertarian howl of Freedom is for you, and for the necessary coming day when we shall see the marriage of Jeffersonian Classical Liberalism or Libertarianism with the Environmentalists, who are Libertarian Defenders of the Earth and Private Property Rights, but don’t know it yet.

The Only Welfare Program Necessary: Silverwolf’s Destitution Camps

July 6, 2013

In a recent post of Silverwolf, he posited the seeming dilemma between Free-Market Libertarian Capitalism, which would have no government welfare, having it handled solely by charities, but in a society that was so generally wealthy and sulf-sufficient that few had to go to charity organizations, — this Capitalism as contrasted with Socialism, where those Individuals who had and earned capital would have it taken by force by a group or gang, acting through the government, to spend it on what the gang considered welfare programs. One  philosophy might lead to a man or child starving to death on the street (and did before the 19th century Industrial Revolution in the West, and modern times in India), though it guarantees in theory that no violence will be done to anyone without government coming to his aid and prosecuting the perpetrators, including government perpetrators. This is the Jeffersonian-Libertarian philosophy of the America of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The other Ideology, that of the Socialist, whether Democratic or Totalitarian, leads to a society where violence is permissible against the Individual (i.e. taxation and the threat of jail or bankruptcy if non-compliant with that taxation, i.e. coercion, which ultimately boils down, as Mao pointed out, to the barrel of a gun. ) Socialists permit violence against property in the name of promoting a just, peaceful society. That is a contradiction they not only don’t want to answer, but even gleefully endorse: Damn right we’re going to loot the rich to feed our poor brethren. Violence is what the rich deserve!

So between the “callous indifference” of those who refuse to commit violence unless attacked, and the “brotherly love” of those who would commit violence against others at gunpoint, there seems to be no meeting of the twain.

Silverwolf’s solution would be to follow the Free-Market Capitalist, Jeffersonian-Libertarian, Philosophy while maintaining, at least in a long interim of say ten years, a series of government-administered “Destitution Camps” across America.

These camps would provide succor to any American Citizen who found themselves completely broke, totally skint, down to the last nickel. Here, in these camps, they would find nutritious vegan food — whole grains, beans, fresh vegetables and fruits — without anything deleterious to the health being added to it (for example, salt), a basic change of clothing, and cot space or bunk space in a tent or barracks-building, etc. These would provide the basics of food, clothing, shelter, and sanitation. Inhabitants could choose to work off the cost of their keep by working at something useful in the camp, thus saving the government the cost of hiring workers to do these essential chores, and thus sparing the inhabitant from the dependent feeling that he was getting something for nothing. Depending on the current level of government debt (i.e. was it shrinking or growing, and at what pace?) there might even be an opportunity for people to work for profit on useful government infrastructure improvements and safety, for example, clearing roadside vegetation by hand instead of with pesticides in fire-prone rural-residential areas. This work might accrue them $10/day in savings, and when the person had accrued $3,000 or so, they would be ejected from the destitution camp, since they now had a few months living expenses in the outside world, and could try to make their own way. However, no inhabitant would be forced to work, although we can well imagine the effect on his social interaction with his chums if all nine of them went off to work to help keep up the camp, and he just sat around all day examining his navel (not so easy to do, try it).

Remember too that in our Libertarian-Capitalist society, business permits would be outlawed, and anyone could set up a vendor’s stall in publicly allotted market places, or on private property in contract with the owner. Vending would become a widespread occupation for many, and provide them with a living, but of course it is currently banned across the length and breadth of so-called Capitalist America, in her grandscale hypocrisy.

So vending and the elimination of all minimum wage laws would mean that many who would now have to resort to these camps under our current Fascistic mamma-Socialistic society, could find their way to self-sufficiency under a Libertarian-Capitalist society through vending and odd-jobbing.

But how would you fund these camps, Silverwolf? Aren’t you just back in the coercion camp of extracting taxes for what you, Silverwolf, arrogantly project as your own marvellous vision of the perfect society?

Well, not quite, because there would be no coercion involved in this taxation scheme, at least, no coercion of those who refuse to collaborate with coercion, and coercion of the deadliest kind.

Firstly, Silverwolf would ask for a “voluntary tax” to fund these camps. Since Americans under a Silverwolf government would be paying no income tax at all, and no social security or medicare deductions either if they had opted out of these programs, as they would have the Right to do under a Libertarian government, — because of these facts alone they would be far richer, and might feel or believe that they should give to this government destitution fund a small portion of what they used to be forced to pay for welfare costs under the old income tax, back in the wicked old days under the Democrats and Republicans. Hindu’s would no longer be robbed and have their religious principles desecrated by the Socialists in forcing them to pay for meat for the obese under the food stamp program. Muslims and Jews would no longer have to provide food stamps to be spent on dead pigs, nor would Atheists or Vegetarians be forced to pay for Hallal or Kosher meat. And Socialists could fulfill their dream of giving their neighbors something for nothing, just because they exist as human beings. Given the number of people in the Democratic Party and other parties, and in the major organized religions, that espouse their love for their fellow Americans and their belief in brotherly love, you’d expect that the coffers to fund these Destitution Camps would be overflowing.

But say the “voluntary tax” brought in nothing because the people had grown completely callous and stingy, and, even with no income tax, they still wouln’t contribute a red cent to Silverwolf’s pie-in-the-sky Destitution Camps, or contributed in such short measure so that the camps got some donations, but not enough to prevent them “slipping into the Red” as the Communists say? Then what, Silverwolf?

Then Silverwolf would propose to Congress a 1% excise tax on imports from countries that did not substantially comply with the Classical Liberal principles of Jefferson found in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, or with regimes that did have such constitutions but were generally conceded not to protect the rights those constitutions guaranteed. In other words, the world’s dictatorships, totalitarian regimes, or regimes that had wide-spread human rights abuses without any legal retribution taken against the perpetrators, especially government perpetrators.

Also regimes that treated certain animals in certain cruel and inhumane ways.

So, for example, Red Chinese imports would get “hit” with a 1% excise tax that the consumer would pay when he purchased the product, mainly because of its massive Human Rights Crimes, but also for crimes against animals, like dogs, cats and bears. Japan would get it for their whale hunting, but not for any human rights abuses. Western Democracies would be exempted, except for Canada, due to its clubbing and live-skinning of baby seal pups in front of their mothers. Short that Cannuck Buck!

The excise tax would also apply to countries, like South Korea, that ate dogs, and let them be treated and murdered in the most bestial and sadistic manner.

And since Red China and Seal-clubbing Socialist Canada are the U.S.A.’s two-largest trading partners, Silverwolf’s anti-Fascist excise tax on products from these two putrid countries would easily fund these Destitution Camps.

People who did not want to pay the excise tax could avoid it by buying the same product that was made in Red China or Canada, from Taiwan or Lichtenstein instead, so there would be no coercion involved in the paying of the tax. The only infringement is on that of the consumer who was willing to collaborate with these murdering, torturing regimes by buying their products. The Moral Libertarian will not be dirtying his hands with the blood of Chinese dissidents or Labradorian seal pups, when he buys his baseball cap made in the Netherlands instead of Sinjiang, or his condoms made in the Falklands instead of Alberta ( the recent floods prove that those made in Calgary leak).

Anyway, Silverwolf believes his Destitution Camp scheme would be the only welfare program necessary in America, except for a few possible programs like care of orphans or those in iron lungs, or those suffering from severe dementia, although in our envisioned prosperous Free-Market society, such programs would almost certainly be funded and run effectively by private charities, nurtured by the largesse of wealthy Individuals.

Silverwolf’s Destitution Camps: the only welfare program necessary in America.

The Hospital and the Slaughterhouse: Modern American Medicine

May 12, 2012

Silverwolf has seen it over and over: Americans in the medical care schemes, both governmental and private, being treated like the industrial animals that those same Americans eat. If you treat the animals like things, then you’ll end up getting treated like a thing. And that is exactly what is happening in this torture chamber known as American Medicine.

Not that it’s that much different in other countries. The myth that America is Capitalist, and Britain, Canada, and Australia are Socialist because the latter three have government medicine plans that all are forced into, is just that, a myth. (We recently saw Daniel Hannan, the British MP, talking about how much better American medical care was than British health care. As if there was much difference in the levels of incompetence!) It is merely a matter of degree. Those in America who are on government medical schemes, like Medicare and the Veterans Administration, well know how they are treated, and what monumental amounts of form filling and red tape must be dealt with by a sick person, as well as the government medical care tactic of putting tests and surgeries well into the future, allowing the patient to sit with their disease for months untreated, whereas they probably would have been treated far sooner under a private system. Prior to government medicine, much of this energy went into treating the patient, and resulted in lower costs to the consumer. Now, the doctor and the hospital will run every conceivable test, because they are on a pay for fee system, with the government footing the bill, and many of these tests have actual negative side effects on the patient, a patient who is most probably already diseased in some way. These tests in themselves can push a condition from benign to acute or critical. But they mean big money for the hospitals, labs and doctors. And even in the private insurance plans, the providers know that the more tests they run, the bigger the bill. The BBC recently had a report precisely on the topic of unnecessary tests being run in America, and the “expert” explained that it was because America was on a pay-for-service system, so it paid to run useless tests on the Human Guinea Pigs.

Now in a system as has been proposed by Congressman Ron Paul, there would be no government involvement in medical care. Patients would pay cash, insurance companies would offer catastrophic medical coverage for an affordable premium, and the indigent could be treated at charity hospitals supported by donations. (People could still pay into a government medical scheme if they wanted to, but all the costs would have to be bourne by the participants.) Without this injection of government funds pushing up the cost of medical inflation constantly, bills would be far lower, and the physician and patient could discuss which tests might be useful, with the patient getting the final say on what tests he was subjected to.

Another big cost-saver would be to have the patient sign a legal disclaimer as to the liability of the physician for any malpractice charges that might be brought in the future. Presumably, if the patient is going to this specific doctor, he has a certain confidence in his professional competence. Imagine a renowned cardiologist, 50 years in the profession — if a patient goes to him, the patient certainly has the expectation that the physician is competent. But in the course of human action there is always the possibility of mistakes. Now, would the patient be willing to take a 40% discount in his bill in exchange for signing a legal liability waiver with this renowned physician whom he has dealt with for decades without a problem? Probably yes. But the government comes in, puts no caps on liability awards, thus forcing the physician to purchase liability insurance that is astronomically expensive, which in turn forces him to add a large percentage to each patient’s bill in order just to cover the premiums. And so the malpractice insurance companies are bilking both the doctor and the patient for huge amounts, thanks to the government, just because we don’t have the liability disclaimer Silverwolf has suggested above.

Silverwolf recently heard of a case that seems typical of how government medical care now works in America: A man went in to have an aneurysm in his groin corrected. After the surgery, overnight in the hospital, the man had a heart attack. He was given oxygen, but without moisture, according to one of his visitors. He developed pneumonia. He spent about a month in the hospital, where they also threw in a bowel resection for good measure, so that he now voided into a sack. He was then airlifted to a facility 170 miles from his home, out of state, making visits from friends and relatives arduous, having to drive through mountain roads in the winter. After several months on a ventilator, being fed 1000 calories a day from a bag, the man was returned to his state. Finally off the ventilator, a semi-nursing home was found for him; oxygen tanks and other equipment were rented, but on his first night there he vomited and the caregiver, who was not a registered nurse or nursing assistant, panicked and called an ambulance. He was transported 40 miles back to the hospital where he’d started out for his aneurysm repair four months earlier. After several days, he was transported to a local fully-equipped nursing home. A week later it was discovered that he had terminal pancreatic cancer, which he’d probably had all through this months-long ordeal, although evidently he was never tested for this, nor did any physician ever seem to have a clue that this could possibly be the case. He died two days later.

One of this man’s medical bills came to over $998,000,000, according to his Power of Attorney administrator. It was paid by Medicare. There goes another thousandth of a Billion onto the national debt, and into the pockets of the nursing homes and insurance milkers.

This man would undoubtedly have been better off to have had his aneurysm blow out and die passed out after a few minutes, for his case well illustrates how government interference in medicine, and the easy profits it facilitates, has lead to many charlatans entering the field whose only aim is money, instead of observing the Hippocratic Oath or caring about the patient. It also leads to horrendous costs for those forced to purchase private insurance, which even then usually only covers 70-80% of the bill. This is the great American medical system that the Democrats want to force everyone into, so that Mr. Buffett, and the other insurance industry moguls that back them, can all make even more easy money.

But all this should not surprise us, for Human Beings in America (and Australia and Canada and England) are treated exactly the same as the people in those countries treat their factory farm animals. The mass butchery of the innocent Animals that goes on daily in Western countries, and all over the World, is a deep moral stain on modern man, given the huge supply of beans, nuts, and seeds that could be produced on earth, as well as other high protein foods like potatoes. And Silverwolf believes that Libertarianism, which is based on a deep respect and non-aggression tpwards other Human Beings, will never succeed or be complete until Men (voluntarily) become Vegetarians or Vegans.

When Men treat Animals with respect, then they will be treated with respect.

The Human Beings’ Finest Hour: Britain Bans Fox Hunting

January 1, 2011

Silverwolf has been commissioned by the Wolfmen’s Institute, due to his remarkable longevity (362 years and going strong) and the brilliance of his literary style, to write a historical review of what he would consider as the greatest achievement of the late, great, Human Race, extinct exactly 100 years now, in this year of 2288.

After pondering long and hard, and even on a midnight dreary, he finally came up with Man’s greatest accomplishment in the waning centuries of this peculiar and singular species, though it was hard to choose between this and the campaigns of 2008 and 2012 of Congressman Ron Paul, a last gasp desperate attempt by Jeffersonian lovers of Republican Civil Rights, administered by a system of democratic election, to wrest power from the Collectivist and Statist forces that had pretty much pushed around the world for the previous 100 years and before. Sometimes those forces were individuals; sometimes they were blocks, based on industry, profits, or more rarely ideology. Paul’s candidacy, and the feeble Libertarian flame that flickered and was quickly doused by the Democrat-Republican mainstream bi-partisan necrosis, marked the last expression of political liberty in the history of the human race. From Jefferson to the French Revolution and back to Pelosi-McConnellism all in 200 short years, after tens of thousands of years of human tyranny and bullyboys ruling the roost. Too bad.

Besides the Paul campaign, the only remarkable achievement of man since Antonioni shot “The Red Desert” in the early 60s, was the banning of fox hunting in Great Britain, which took place on February 18, 2005, and it is this event, rather than the Paul campaign or the Antonioni masterpiece, that marks the Zenith of Human Kind, in Silverwolf’s opinion; from thence it was all downhill for the “hairless ape”.

Not that the ban was easy to get through. It was passed by the House of Commons, but modified and in effect nullified by the House of Lords. This happened twice in late 2004, and the arm-wrestling continued in the courts until the High Court ruled that the Parliamentary act was not unconstitutional, paving the way for implimentation.

‘ Course, the sadists were given exemptions: they could still hunt foxes with birds of prey, or use two dogs to flush them out, after which they could be shot.

The digusting politician Blair admitted in an interview with Bloomberg News, that he had tried to sabotage the very bill which he and his party were putting forth in Parliament. What an honest politician!

But the sabotage failed, and the ban still had widespread support in Britain, even as late as 2011, showing that many Human Beings there were still opposed to Blood Sport, even though they routinely ate meat. It shows that the basic sentiment of people in the “social democracies” was fairly decent, though not enough to make them give up their “bangers and mash” or fish and chips. Nor was it uniform, as nearly 30% continued to favor terrorizing a little fox, and then having it pulled apart live by wild dogs, a fate which Silverwolf doubts any of those participating in the sadistic exercise would wish visited on themselves or their children. Silverwolf has met little foxes. They’re nice, as long as they don’t eat the cats.

Of course the three unharnessables finally brought down the Homo Sapiens, whom we Silverwolves call Saps for short: the nuclear proliferation of materials, the climatic wobblies, and the nannobot unions.

Fortunately the nukes didn’t go off in time, before Mankind was wiped out. That would have taken all us Silverwolves with them, and we’d have had to go back to the cockroach brain to start the evolutionary process again, instead of the highly sophisticated cerebellum of the Silverwolf. So that saved G-d a lot of misery and evolutionary work. Whew!

With the climate they weren’t so fortunate. Whether the debate was that the earth was heating up or cooling down, the fact was that the summers were getting hotter and hotter, and the winters were getting colder and colder. And more and more humans were getting wiped out due to the weather, and the increased demands on the retiree’s support system as the population aged. The politicians vowed they’d never ration care, as the politicians rationed care. And the elderly populations of Japan, Australia, America, Canada, Russia and the “Republics”, and Europe plunged, year after year.

Of course this led to the final catastrophe, the Great Flu Epidemic of 2188, where the flu was so widespread that the government negotiated with the Nannobot’s Union for a higher mils per hour minimum wage, in exchange for working overtime. Unfortunately, the little workaholic buggers, when introduced into the human bloodstream, tended to replicate themselves so thoroughly that the human soon became nothing but a pile of nannobot goo, resembling a large mound of gray, rotting mushrooms.

And that’s how this both noble and ignoble race or species met its undigified end; a sad conclusion to an experiment that G-d thought would supply a drab earth (intellectually speaking) with a little salty cerebral sophistication. Well, at least He doesn’t have to go back to the cockroach, thanks to our wolfen survival.

And no Governor of Alaska will be gunning us Silverwolves down from helicopters ever again.

The FED Violates Vegan Rights, and Everybody Elses Too

December 2, 2010

Thanks to Congressman Ron Paul’s persistent calls for auditing the FED, and FED transparency, the Federal Reserve today reluctantly disclosed the roster of names of institutions it had made loans to. It was not a pretty picture.

For not only had the FED loaned money to U.S. banks, as one would have imagined the FED should be limited to by common sense and by law, but it had also loaned money to McDonalds, hedge funds, and even foreign Swiss banks, as well as a massive loan to Pimco, which obviously undermines the validity in the minds of investors of any pronunciamentos coming from the famous names at that company. Bloomberg News even mentions a loan to an individual, Michael Dell.

Quite apart from the unfairness of this process, and the massive danger this precedent creates for the future of Capitalism in America, since now any Socialist government in America can merely call on its FED to restore “order to the markets” by massively intervening to produce profits for those companies given the blessing of any future Communistic or Fascist regime, this proposal is also a slap in the face to American Vegetarians and Vegans, as well as the Hindu-American Community,  who are being forced, through the FED, to support a company which they feel great moral revulsion towards, and which they ardently hope will go belly-up. They may even intentionally boycott all the non-meat products of this company, in order not to give it any profits whatsoever, and thus hasten its demise.  But here comes the Federal Reserve, bailing out one of the cruelest and most ecologically-destructive companies in America (in Silverwolf’s opinion) against the moral values of those who are forced, through their taxes, to supply the money the FED throws at these companies. This is all deeply immoral, and totally contrary to the concept of Government which Thomas Jefferson held. Just as we need a complete separation of Church and State, so we also need a complete separation of Economy and State, with the one exception of when people are actually starving in the streets.

Those who thought that Congressman Ron Paul’s warnings against Federal Reserve shenanigans were a little extreme, are finding out that they were not extreme at all, but highly accurate, once again showing that Congressman Paul is probably the wisest Congressman in the Congress, in terms of his grasp of economics, American history, and political theory. Virtually all the politicians in Congress are just that: brainwashed and lazy politicians who are working for their lobbyists and their own bank accounts and retirement funds; very few have the energy to study and come to understand the three subjects which a great American statesman must master: economics (and not the Keynesian kind), American history, and Jeffersonian political theory. Virtually everything Congressman Paul had predicted for the Obama years has come true, with the exception of the collapse of the dollar. And that may still occur.

Whether you feel the FED should be abolished, like the Austrian School of Economics and the Mises Institute do, or whether you are a Keynesian who things the FED just needs to be “reformed”, you must acknowledge the outrageousness and danger of what the FED did with these loans. After looking at the roster, we can all commiserate much more fully with Congressman Paul’s repeated warnings.

And the Federal Reserve owes Hindu-Americans an apology.

Japanese Sadists Begin Annual Dolphin Mass Murder

September 4, 2010

As you read this, the human garbage that inhabits the town of Taiji, Japan, is beginning its annual mass murder of bluenose dolphins, a crime comparable to the rounding up of a group of small children, terrorizing them, and then murdering them. This is the crime that the inhabitants of Taiji, and all the human scum that inhabits the island of Japan who do or say nothing about this annual atrocity, are carrying out right now. Somewhere off Japan, it is actually you, as a small terrified child, that is being butchered. Those amazing dolphin brains are suffering right now, and the Japanese, and the whole world, do and say nothing about it.

To murder any animal with a consciousness and intelligence proven to be comparable to human intelligence should be just that:  the Crime of Murder. If the Japanese Miscreant scumbag nation were to annually round up a herd of children and murder them, the so-called civilized world would react with fury, outrage, and boycotts. But when they do it to dolphins or whales, the world kowtows to this human garbage, and continues to smile at them.

But crimes should not be without consequences. And must not, when moral Libertarians can have some influence in bringing about Justice and Condign Punishment. Therefore it is incumbent upon Libertarians, employing non-violent resistance to tyranny, to withhold all commercial intercourse with the Miscreant Japanese Nation and the Miscreant Japanese People, until such time as they forgo their annual dolphin mass murder, and bring the perpetrators to the dock for something which should be a Capital Crime, (if one believed in Capital Punishment, which we don’t).

The solution for those who oppose this Crime?: Boycott Japan into the rubble!

To those in Japan who actively protest, publicize, and oppose this Crime, Silverwolf’s kudos to you for your bravery and your human compassion. You are true Human Beings, and Libertarian Heroes in our book.

In the Japanese treatment of the dolphins, and the remainder of the Japanese people’s reaction to it, we can see the deep and true meaning of that phrase, “human garbage”.
