American Keynesian Socialists Slit Their Own Throats: The First Cut Is the Deepest

December 20, 2012

After exactly 100 years, on Jan. 1st, the Keynesian Socialist Economy, initiated by the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913, and its later modulation into the Keynesian Federal Reserve that grew out of the Rooseveltian 30s, will begin its disintegration.

For the first time since the curse of Keynes has been imposed on Capitalists in America, the Keynesians are unable to “stimulate” any further, and have accumulated such horredous debts, that they must raise taxes in the midst of a depression — exactly what their dogma teaches should never be done — because they have no other choice. We are now about to watch as an economy with one foot cut off thanks to the Democrat Socialists, will now have its other foot amputated.

And Obama said, “Let them walk on their stumps.” And the People bowed low and walked on their stumps.

For the first time in Keynesian annals, we are about to witness a depressed America become drastically more depressed thanks to the very mechanistic philosophy, the philosophy of the Keynesian Bureaucrat,  that has touted stimulating whenever there is economic recession or depression. Now the government will be vacuuming even more dollars out of the economy to satisfy the greed of Obama, and tax rates will rise, slowing commerce even more and killing the initiative to start businesses and take risks. Trading in stocks and commodities will thin, and markets become less liquid and more dangerous. The economy will crash.

This is the price of the American Socialism that has been imposed on American Jeffersonian Free-market Capitalists since War Criminal Johnson began his Socialist “Great Society”.

Fifty years later, Johnson’s Great Society sees 40% of the populace having less than $500 in savings according to a report mentioned on Drudge. The Fruits of Socialism are evident, as they were in Germany after 10 years of Socialist rule there brought on a Hitler, a worse Socialist.

The coming Economic Crisis will write a new chapter in modern economic history, and will mark the beginning of the end for paper-based fiduciary currencies. The Copper Standard will mount its climb January First, 2013.

The public will pay a very great price indeed in the next few years for not voting for and electing Ron Paul or Gary Johnson, and for believing in the Socialism of the Democrats and Republicans.

A very great price indeed.

The EU Summit Banking Deal: Another Socialist Joke

October 20, 2012

One really must hold ones sides in laughter as one reads the latest statements by the Euro-Socialist heads of state commenting on their latest banking deal “breakthrough” that will do nothing to negate the crisis which Euro-Socialism has brought on Europe. The tired Leftists will continue to blame it on “Capitalism”, which has never really existed in the EU, since a system which has so many Socialists aspects, from a minimum wage to a state pension system to national “healthcare”, can hardly be called “Capitalist”. Socialism always ends by bankrupting the state and undermining the value of the currency, leading to inflation which merely drives the poor deeper into poverty. The latest EU manifesto on banking is merely a tissue of words designed to staunch the lifeblood of free-trade which is fast drawing out of Europe, and probably exists only in the backalleys of European metropolises, where narcotics deals and prostitution are negotiated in a free-market atmosphere of haggling over price. Long live the black market!

Silverwolf really had a good giggle over some of the flatulance coming from the mouths of that tired Ideologue, Merseeur France Holland, better known under his stage name of Francois Hollande, a man who obviously loves the nation-state (or at least his parents must have), but can’t decide which one he belongs to. How do Frenchman feel about being ruled by a Hollander?

If you’ve got a split lip, don’t read this because it’s really ludicrous. Hollande says of this new agreement, “Thanks to this, we can advance more quickly and with more assurance.” Advance witherto, Missyer ‘ollande? And what does “more assurance” mean? One is either asssured or not assured, and if you’re not completely assured, you’re obviously unassured. This is like the social democrat’s phrase “more freedom”, as in “this measure will give more freedom to the public”. Well, one is either completely free, or else unfree. Freedom has no quantitative measure, and, in Libertarian thinking, the only restriction on Freedom is that oneself and all others may not assault the property rights of any individual person. That is the only requisite for an orderly and non-violent society. (Property Rights, by the way, include ones corpus, which cannot be assaulted, enslaved, or dragooned into the military.)

Hollande went on to say that European states needed different “speeds of integration”. I guess the Socialist President of France in his economic wisdom knows what this “difference in speeds”  is going to require. And of course, there is to be the inevitable “council that will meet” as there always is — the experts will get together and figure out why they haven’t been able to figure out how to run a Socialist economy for the last few decades. More words, more verbage, as the EU debt creation monster will continue to breed more government bonds. The Socialists will never stop borrowing to feed their social methadrine habit, and those debts, denominated in eventually-worthless Euros will one day be realized to be never payable, and the whole Socialist outhouse will collapse.

Hollande’s Socialist twin over in Deutschland, Comrade Merkel, made the stunning and specific recommendation that “quality takes precedence over speed”, a statement certain to send clarity to the markets. Of course, if only we’d done that long ago, Angela’s got it right. So, that must mean that we must not rush this process of solving the Euro crisis — we’ve got tons of time, just don’t go too fast, while the general strikes flush another day’s national production down the loo, further weakening the economy and not producing any consumer goods and so further strengthening inflation. Yes, let’s just listen to the wisdom of Chancellor Merkel. After all, the legislative framework will be in place January 1st, and the body will start functioning “later” in 2013. Oh, there’s oodles of time.

As far as Euro doubters like Silverwolf, President Hollande took us to task. “Greece’s presence in the Eurozone should not be questioned anymore.” Yes, sir. Doubting Thomases like Silverwolf should shut up, and not question anymore the authority of a Socialist, who after all has been “Democratically elected”. What impudence Silverwolf has! Maybe such scoundrels as himself should be arrested for Sedition?

The new EU plan, which will create a central banking Czar who can intervene in any of Europe’s 6,000-odd banks, is obviously a prescription for fraud, and having one bank wipe out its competition by having corrupt individuals within the Czar’s bureau picking who will get stepped on and who will not. It will create another massive bureaucracy that will have to be paid exorbitant wages, benefits, and pensions, all borne by the already bankrupt taxpayers of Europe. And already Merkel is asking for a distinction to be made between “systemic” banks, and other banks. How convenient for those who are not regulated! Merkel also seems to know the precise exact reform that will be needed to fix the Eurozone engine-seizure. Can both of these Socialist geniuses, Hollande and Merkel, be right? How is it possible for two such brilliant Socialists, whom you will recall were Democratically elected and thus reflect the “wisdom of the people”, to disagree over principles, if Socialist principles controlling the banking sector are correct? Beats Silverwolf.

And the fact that this move will probably cause the UK banks and the City of London to be consistently outvoted on matters of EU banking is also conveniently being ignored. After all, who needs the U.K., except for their tourist Euros and their chocolates.

The mess that Euro-Socialism has created, with one tranche of society legally allowed to loot another tranche of society until the looting gives out like an exhausted gold mine, will not be solved by this bureaucratic tapdance the Euro-Socialist leaders are trying to perform. They are still creating debt, and until they give up Socialism, and move to a radical free-market, Individual over Corporation, pure Capitalism, with the small businessman, the shopkeeper, and the artisan at the core of that Capitalism, they will never succeed in their Socialist pipe dream of wealth without work and the effortless guaranteed income for all.

That over 350 million Human Beings can have their lives ruined by these State-Socialist Miscreants is Tragedy Incarnate.

The Obama Healthcare Ruling: America’s Second Townshend Acts

June 29, 2012

” The arrogant encroachments of the Townshend Acts immediately rekindled American resistance to British oppression.” — Prof. Murray N. Rothbard, “Conceived in Liberty, Vol. 3”

President Obama and his Democrats have sown the seeds for their own political destruction, as these millionaires pass their mandates on an increasingly terrified and angry populace. The Supreme Court Obamacare ruling will be their Achilles heel, and, from now on, they will face ever increasing difficulties, for they have mobilized a massive resistance to their re-election with this ruling, and literally millions of Americans are now wondering where they are going to get the extra after-tax money to pay these huge monthly premiums on policies with huge deductibles that afford little protection. The blood-pressure levels in America must have risen exponentially overnight as a new dose of Obama-worry shortens her inhabitant’s lifespans. More worries for the businessman, and more worries for the worker who might now be laid off. Yet unseen are the worries of the unemployed worker who now will not get hired because of the new insurance costs for the small businessman. The lowered employment this act will lead to will not be measured or reported statistically, but it will show up when the “experts” are once again surprised at why the unemployment rate stays stubbornly high. They will not mention Obamacare.

But all this uncertainly will lead to one effect: millions of Americans who were not affected by the individual mandate and its ensuing tax penalty, and who were comparatively indifferent to whether Obama or Romney or Johnson got elected, will now be passionately concerned who the next President will be because it will mean the difference between paying a huge monthly extortion to a private insurance company, or paying a huge monthly extortion to the federal government, or paying no extortion at all. These people will suddenly have a great incentive to vote for Romney, since a vote for him will now be equated with a vote against Obamacare and the mandate-tax. These independents and “indifferanti” will now become firm Romney supporters just because they are afraid of falling into poverty due to this outrageous impost of the Federal Government, the Obama Administration, and Congress. Voting for Romney will be seen in the same light as the Revolutionary Colonist’s agreeing to their non-importation boycotts of British goods after the heinous imposition of the Townshend Acts by the then-reigning Obama, King George III and his Tories in Parliament. Obama, Pelosi and Reid have sown the political wind, and now they are going to reap, politically speaking, an Arkansaw twister.

All this is probably bad news for Gary Johnson’s campaign. Johnson would also get rid of this obvious start of a deeply Communistic America, run by the corporations and the big-government Dems and Repubs, which is almost all of them. Those considering a principled, ethical, vote for Johnson, to avoid blood on their hands and soul, may now be stampeded towards Romney out of pure fear of the slaughterhouse. The millionaire lawyers in Congress and the White House, who have made their large fortunes by flapping their lips in Congress, after making small fortunes getting paid for flapping their lips in Government Universities and Colleges, are so out of touch with the anxiety of the slightly upper-middleclass fulltime worker or self-employed that they have no idea what they have just done to themselves.

Not only that. The Medicaid expansion to those States that have embraced Obamacare (usually with Democratic Governors) will give a huge boost to the dis-incentive to work that this provision will create. For those in the $50-60k/yr range, it may pay to drop out entirely, and let Medicaid pay or largely subsidize their premiums, rather than work 8-5, five days a week, just to pay the monthly cash tribute to the Obama-Buffett insurance companies and banks, money that could have been used for sound vegan food to try to preserve their health in this brutal, bureaucratic world that Obama has solidified during his rule. This Medicaid provision may work, much as Rothbard pointed out the Guaranteed Annual Income would work, in killing the incentive to work, so that more and more of the population would drop out, and live on the Guaranteed Annual Income and free medical care provided by the taxes of the fewer and fewer workers, while the deficit spending this would require would continue to degrade and inflate the currency, so that the annual inflation rate would rise as would the annual COLA (cost of living increase), thus forcing the raising of the Guaranteed Annual Income at a faster and faster annual rate, until the currency completely collapsed from hyperinflation. This will occur now that this provision has become law.

The coming end to the Bush tax cuts, the higher cost of hiring with Obamacare, and the huge incentive now for the lower middle-class to drop out — all these will greatly worsen the economy which is already in depression. But Obama and his Queen Pelosis, living in their Washington Irondome, don’t have the economic imaginations to forsee all this. As Hayek pointed out, in all bureaucracies there is a marked tendency for the mediocre to rise to the top. Holder, Pelosi, Reid, Obama, Romney.

Nor has Obama learned anything from Maggie Thatcher. You’d think  politicians would remember the same mistakes that King George III and Thatcher made, but Obama proves that they often don’t. Now, you remember how Mrs. Thatcher was riding high in British politics; the unions had had their testimonials cut off by the Iron Lady; the economy was ebullient; and her popularity was high. And then she threw a spanner in the works: her poll tax.

The poll tax, because it affected every single member of the British populace, suddenly brought home the meaning of taxation to the millions of Britains who didn’t have to pay tax and never dreamed they would. The rage and opposition was immediate, much like the rage and opposition Silverwolf read on the internet yesterday, after this infamous ruling by SCOTUS. Thatcher’s popularity plunged, and the opposition to her rule grew suddenly vociferous. It was the Iron Lady’s downfall.

Now Obama and his girls in Congress have rammed through this outrageous depredation on the economic security of millions of Americans, and made it a life-or-death issue for every American while throwing millions into economic insecurity overnight, they are going to face the concerted might of an incensed huge majority. It’s 1768 all over again.

Libertarianism: Individual vs. Corporate

June 22, 2012

Silverwolf believes there is a necessary distinction that needs to be made when one bandies about the term “Libertarian”; a distinction that is often blurred over. There are two views of Libertarianism: the Individual view and the corporate view. The Individual view is represented largely by the thought of Ron Paul, who has pointed out that Corporatism fundamentally runs the Federal Government and is the essence of Fascism according to its founder, War Criminal Mussolini, and the corporate view, which is largely represented by the remainder of the Republican Party, which is that Corporations are Individuals. It is the Mises Institute in contrast to the Cato Institute. It is a battle pitting the Individual against the Collective.

One of the necessities in our law that needs correcting, which Ron Paul has also pointed out, is the absurdity of the Supreme Court rulings that place the corporation on the same level as the Individual. This fabricated equality, nowhere present in our Constitution, which is a paean of praise to Individual Rights, must be overturned in Law even if it means impeaching Supreme Court Justices or Chief Justices. Mitt Romney says “Corporations are people.” Ron Paul says, “Individuals are people.”

Now lets examine the “corporation”. First of all, it is a notional concept, not a being in reality. A corporation is not an Individual; it is a Collectivist entity — basically a gang of Capitalists, with special legal advantages and usually lower-than-individual income tax rates, who are ganging up against Individual Capitalists. This Collectivist entity should have no special privileges; nay, on the contrary, it is the Individual who should always come before this Collectivist entity.

Silverwolf sees that the main body of the Republican Party is now, with the Romney nomination in the bag, shifting towards this Corporate Collectivism, and, unfortunately, Gary Johnson too has many Corporate ideas that should be anathema to Individualistic Libertarianism, like school vouchers that will subsidize private school profits, and privatizing prisons, which seems like a green light for prisoner abuse without legal recourse, justified by the usual cost-savings arguments of the Pragmatists, and even a zero income tax for corporations.  Now, Silverwolf opposes the Individual income tax and the Estate and inheritance taxes, both Federal and State, based on the Constitutionally guaranteed Rights, but he sees nothing in the Constitution that forbids the taxation of a Collectivist entity known as the Corporation. This income tax could be tailored to exclude small businesses and individuals who want to take advantage of the liability advantages of incorporating, perhaps starting at a $5 million AGI, so that only really large, affluent corporations would be subject to the income tax. Perhaps this tax, in combination with Constitutional limited government would be all that was necessary to fund the Federal Budget, and once the U.S. budget deficit and Federal debt have been erased and effaced from the surface of the earth, then the corporations can also have a zero tax rate, or near zero if there were no other tax sources such as, for example, an excise tax on products from Fascist dictatorships like Red China, Indonesia, and Iran.

Still, despite his shortcomings, Gary Johnson will be the necessary choice for Libertarians and Ron Paul Republicans because voting for Romney or Obama will leave blood on your hands. When voting for evil will mean someone innocent gets murdered, vote for the neutral but moral choice, even if you think it is a sure loser. At least you will not be directly complicit in Immorality. You won’t have blood on your hands, and perhaps that is the most important fact when you’re coming out of the voting booth.

Silverwolf believes that true Libertarianism should always stress the Individual, which is a Reality, and not the Corporation, which is a notional nothingness masquerading as an Individual Reality. The Republicans and Democrats will constantly try to blur this distinction, as will those “Cato” Libertarians who are gung-ho on the Corporations. Usually because they own lots of stock in them.

If we are to have collective security, we must defend the Rights of the Individual over and above those of the Collective. This is one of the cornerstones of Libertarianism, without which so-called Corporate Libertarianism would soon be indistinguishable from Fascism, as it is in America where Obama is letting the Corporate frackers destroy thousands of Individual’s properties by ruining their water supplies. This is the quality of Obama’s “environmentalism”, about equal to the quality of the homesteader’s polluted well. Environmentalism and Libertarianism share a common goal: defending the Individual against Property Rights Aggressions from other men or groups of men. The groups of men are often now called “Corporations”.

Face it, it has come down to the Individual and the Earth ranged against the Corporate might of the Democratic and Republican Parties. If Man and Life on Earth are not to perish, the Individual must win out.

Socialism Crumbleth, Part 3: The Terminal Patient

May 31, 2012

We are now seeing the final stages of Socialism crumbling around the world. Europe’s crisis was and is an event just waiting to happen. Even without the massive burden of paying for U.S. military protection, as the American taxpayer is doing, the Europeans didn’t take long to spend themselves into socialist poverty, while below there feet in Africa, hundreds of millions starved and slaved for a dollar-a-day. Funny that their loving socialism never dripped across the Mediterranean and fertilized Africa, if it were such a good system? The Europeans certainly have had enough wealth since the 1980s to have developed the African standard of living up to their own if their socialism had really worked, and they had really loved their fellow men as they loudly proclaim all the time. But they got used to the cushy, unexistential lifestyle that the affluence of the printing press usually brings to a society for about twenty years. The similarity of socialist deficit financing of their ever growing entitlement lists, through the printing of fiat currency, and amphetamine addiction, is quite striking. About twenty years and then the systems, economic or human corporeal, fail. America has lasted a lot longer because of its pre-war wealth, and because it was tops economically after WWII. It also probably had more Libertarians who ranted and raved against Socialism than Europe had at that post-war time, so American Socialism didn’t really take off into phase two until War Criminal Lyndon Johnson announced his plan for the “Great Society”. Fifty years on we can see how “great” it is.

The Greek crisis serves to show just how impotent politicians are in controlling economies, as any Austrian economist would have told them, save for those politicians who would let free-market Capitalism operate with the utmost latitude like Ron Paul and Gary Johnson, while retaining the fraud laws and probably many OSHA regulations designed to prevent the kind of worker endangerment that used to be rampant in industrial America, and which still is in many industries like coal mining, as we can see from the mining and oil disasters that occurred well into the Obama Administration’s taking over OSHA. But apart from frauds like food adulteration, counterfeiting rare coins and selling them as genuine, rewinding odometers on used cars, altering gasoline pump meters (usually in the station owner’s favor), etc., there would be absolutely no restrictions on the Liberty of Trade in a Capitalist society. All the aforementioned frauds would still be crimes under Libertarian Capitalism, and the sentences would be far longer than currently, since the jails would be emptied of 70% of their captives with the decriminalization of the possession of drugs under a Libertarian Administration, and there’d be plenty of room to hold business frauds for longer terms of incarceration.

And since Socialist economies around the world are dependent on this Socialist Ponzi scheme’s keeping rolling along, the fall of Europe is going to derail them all. We can see it in the last few days as China not only slows industrial production but is starting to have trouble with its own Commie Banks, if such a phrase is not an oxymoron. And America’s slowdown will also hit China, like someone suddenly blasting AC/DC on a boombox in the middle of a church service.

The long predicted world Depression has finally started to hit a few weeks ago, and from now on its going to be down down down.

It could have been avoided in 2008, but American Socialists voted for Barack Obama or John McCain instead of Ron Paul. Now it is too late, unless somehow Ron Paul or Gary Johnson are elected President. Then there would be a chance that in a few years we’d be back in an economy that provided most of the benefits that Socialism promises, but without the coercion.

Government should be a tool, like the body, that runs efficiently, but of which one is virtually unaware. The ego is unaware of the body when the body is healthy; it only becomes uncomfortably aware of it when the body malfunctions. And so too with government. The government that doesn’t stick its nose in its people’s private business, but rather promotes their Freedom, is like the healthy body. It is the government that sticks its nose into its people’s private business, when there has been no property rights aggression by the Individual, that is the sick diseased government. It is also the current government of the United States under Barack Obama, but it is not the government envisioned by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and George Wyeth.

In a nutshell, Socialism fails because it has no accurate pricing mechanism for capital goods. This is Mises’ argument in essence. And currently in Europe you can see the failure of the various shades of the Socialist system in action. Simulataneously it brings both inflation and depression, and that is what we see today, as millions of Socialists slip into abject poverty due to the greedy system they so clamoured for. Their greed has been rewarded many times over. Yes, Socialists invest greed to produce poverty the same way  Capitalists invests their surplus labor, objectified in their money, to produce Capital. Only the Socialists are better investors in this instance.

The Hitlerian dream of Germany uber alles Europe is fast fading along with his peabrain Socialism which still, 67 years after the wonderful news of his death, is massively popular in Europe. Germany thought it could ride the Marshall plan into the 21st century, continuing to milk her defense costs out of the American public, which scheme of course was supported by the Quislings of the Democratic and Republican Parties, both riddled with Socialist principles. (For example, what modern Republican would dare speak out against the restrictionist Minimum Wage Laws or the immoral Farm Subsidies, except Ron and Rand Paul?)

Euro-Socialism is bringing the continent and China to their knees, and the election of either Obama or Romney will bring American Socialism to its knees within their term. Unless there is a worldwide revolution in economic thinking, Socialism will breed more and more chaos in society. But the brainwashing of Socialist thinking pervades all facets of modern society. The visual media, the Hollywood propaganda films, and Government Radio (NPR, BBC) all contribute their subtle conditioning, so that the listener or viewer is easily lulled into thinking the way they want him to think. And Corporate propaganda goes hand in hand with Government propaganda, as if they were both called in by the President to the same meeting. The Corporate commercials always reinforce the image that Government itself wants to convey. And then the same Government funnels enormously lucrative contracts to these same Corporations. And the lemming voters keep voting Democrat or Republican as they let themselves be ripped off.

Until they voted Libertarian in 2012.

The terminal patient of Socialism is groaning in agony, and the ECB is giving it morphine. Within a few days or a few weeks, the morphine will prove toxic, as the pain of the necessary correction of the malinvestment causes more urgent cries from the economically confused and panicked populace.

Watching the death of Euro-Socialism should prove most instructive to future generations of Free-Market Capitalists. We can hardly wait to attend the funeral.

Ron Paul and Thomas Jefferson vs. The Income Tax

September 25, 2011

O.K. class. Time for a pop quiz. Who said the following, Ron Paul or Thomas Jefferson?: “…, what more is necessary to make us a happy and prosperous people? Still one more thing, fellow citizens — a wise and frugal government which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.”

If you said Ron Paul, you were wrong, though the passage could well have been taken from one of his speeches. (The quote was taken from Jefferson’s first inaugural speech, March 4th, 1801.)  But the speech nutshellwisely illustrates the essence of their common political philosophies.

Most telling in Jefferson’s pocket edition formula for good, and American, government is the phrase, “and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread that it has earned”. In other words, the income tax is illegal under Jefferson’s conception of good government. And the only presidential candidate we currently hear calling for the abolition of that illegal income tax is Congressman Ron Paul. Therefore, a vote for Ron Paul is a vote for Thomas Jefferson, for the abolition of the income tax, and for his conception of government.

There are many problems and issues in discussing the taxation necessary for the running of the minimal functions that a Jeffersonian “Minarchist”, or believer in minimal government, would think are the few necessary. Some have called them “unavoidable collectivist necessities”, such as running the military, the contract fraud and violent criminal courts, with the ancillary jails and police, and some mechanism to teach reading to the public (since you couldn’t read the Constitution and the laws if you were illiterate), though this could easily be accomplished over the internet or in local community workshops instead of building the whole giant edifice of the public school bureaucracies, which hoover up taxpayer dollars for themselves and their employees, while leaving the students stunned with boredom and lacking the real education they need to survive in the brutal jungle of modern-day America.

One of the main taxation problems is “Which tax?” Some argue for this or that tax, an income tax but no sales tax, a sales tax but no income tax, a melange of the two, taxing only land, a graduated income tax, a flat income tax, etc. They all have advantages and disadvantages, and perhaps the most important point, at least in the “democratic” taxes, or those that affect all citizens like a sales tax or consumption tax, vs., say, a land tax that hits only landowners in society, — the most important point is the level at which the tax is set. An income tax of 1% would be much better, though less fair, than a sales tax of 15%, and a graduated income tax that went in a range of 1% to 3%, would be much better, though less fair, than a flat income tax of 25%.

It is clear from Jefferson’s phrase “and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread that it has earned”, that it prohibits the income tax, though some in the constitutional law community have postulated that it merely prohibits government agents from breaking into your house while you’re munching a sandwich, and ripping it from your mouth, assuming of course that you are a laborer. Apparently those who did not work, under this conception of the law, could legally have their sandwiches ripped from their mouths, not only within the sanctity of their domiciles, but even in public places like Zuma Beach or on top of Mt. St. Helens.

However, Silverwolf does not accept this latter interpretation of the so-called “Sandwich Munchers” School of Constitutional Law. No, he feels Jefferson’s phrase clearly and simply outlaws any kind of income tax. One of the main priniciples of Natural Rights Law, whose validity was accepted in Jefferson’s day as much as we now accept as valid that the Earth is round, was that Individuals were entitled to the fruits of their labor. This is a principle which Ron Paul has repeated, again and again, over the many years he has campaigned for the Presidency.

The income tax is unconstitutional not only because it violates Natural Rights Law, but also because it is so intrusive into our private lives that it also violates the Right to Privacy, another pivotal conception in the American Constitution. What Individual citizens do with their money should be no concern of the government as long as they don’t violate the Libertarian Non-Aggression Principle that no man or group of men may aggress against the property rights of any other man, including his physical person. So the income tax is extremely dangerous as being conducive to a Big Brother, we have a telemonitor in your living room, kind of mentality. Crushing it would be a big step in crushing and then prophylacting the Fascist State.

Finally, the (graduated) income tax is extremely detrimental to national GDP, not including its graduated disincentive motivations that cause the wealthy to make less, and thus pay less tax, than they would if there were a flat income tax. Its detriment comes in the form of the vast amount of time wasted having to fill out income tax forms, study the laws, and comply correctly with them, while at the same time the taxpayer must support the vast bureaucracy of the IRS. The time and income wasted complying with these laws, and the amount of capital that flows to accountants, tax lawyers, and government bureaucrats, –all that capital could be going into capital goods equipment loans and production, or some other condition that will increase the quality or lower the price of consumer goods, or improve the life of the consumer.

Much of this problem of waste of time and law study could be bypassed by a flat income tax with no deductions, and, though still unconstitutional and something Libertarian Capitalists should oppose, it would still be a great improvement, liberating Americans from many hours of involuntary drudgery imposed by government, piled on top of the drudgery of their own daily labor.

A sales, or consumption, tax has its own problems. It hits hardest the poorest, so progressives and those on the left should be wary of it. It is fair, though, in the aspect of affecting everyone equally, with none getting exemptions. It does however throw the whole burden of collecting the tax on the backs of businessmen, and the small businessman especially will be hurt since he must do much additional labor in collecting and handing over the correct amounts, a task that will affect no other citizens. Since large firms can absorb these costs much more easily than the individual wildcat businessman, it will tend to wipe out the competition of the little guys challenging the big guys, something the large corporations have always loved.

Silverwolf’s own ideas for a fitting taxation revolve around an excise tax on products entering America from countries that do not adhere roughly to a Jeffersonian Constitution and Bill of Rights, i.e. Fascist dictatorships, using Fascist in a broad sense. For example, products from Fiji, Red China, and Syria would have a hefty excise tax thrown on them, products from Denmark, Canada, and Australia would not. Also, since the left is saying we should tax the wealthy, and since the Supreme Court has upheld the legal absurdity that Corporations are Individuals, and have the same rights as Individuals, a infamous ruling that must be overturned some day soon in the Court, —- if Corporations are Individuals, then they could be taxed as current individuals are, and Silverwolf would propose some kind of Income Tax, perhaps in the range of 1-5% on corporations whose net profit exceeded $5 million/yr, even if the personal income tax were abolished. This would truly be taxing the wealthy since these include many many multi-billion dollar corporations, and their huge corporate accounting departments could deal with the tax, instead of the single minimum-wage worker whose life is spent drudging for the Democrats and their welfare agendas. However, we should realize that even with this tax, the consumer will end up paying most of it in the form of higher prices for consumer goods, since the corporation will merely pass most or all of the tax on to the buyer through higher prices. Still, the savings in time, labor, and dissipated energy for the American Individual would be enormous.

It is time to bring America up to the level of Jefferson’s dream of good government, and one of the main keys to realizing that dream into reality is to abolish the individual income tax. This would necessitate drastic cuts in the overseas military, and the national government bureaucracies. These savings could cushion the cuts in welfare spending which could be phased out over 5-10 years, with major charities offering emergency care and affordable catastrophic medical coverage, and perhaps a residue government program, funded by the minimal taxes we’d have, taking care of any overflow the charities could not deal with.

So when you go into that polling booth next year, vote not only to liberate yourselves from the income tax, not only to put Ron Paul into the White House, but also to bring about Jefferson’s beautiful conception of good government: that government is best that governs least.

Let’s close the circle of our felicities.

The FED Violates Vegan Rights, and Everybody Elses Too

December 2, 2010

Thanks to Congressman Ron Paul’s persistent calls for auditing the FED, and FED transparency, the Federal Reserve today reluctantly disclosed the roster of names of institutions it had made loans to. It was not a pretty picture.

For not only had the FED loaned money to U.S. banks, as one would have imagined the FED should be limited to by common sense and by law, but it had also loaned money to McDonalds, hedge funds, and even foreign Swiss banks, as well as a massive loan to Pimco, which obviously undermines the validity in the minds of investors of any pronunciamentos coming from the famous names at that company. Bloomberg News even mentions a loan to an individual, Michael Dell.

Quite apart from the unfairness of this process, and the massive danger this precedent creates for the future of Capitalism in America, since now any Socialist government in America can merely call on its FED to restore “order to the markets” by massively intervening to produce profits for those companies given the blessing of any future Communistic or Fascist regime, this proposal is also a slap in the face to American Vegetarians and Vegans, as well as the Hindu-American Community,  who are being forced, through the FED, to support a company which they feel great moral revulsion towards, and which they ardently hope will go belly-up. They may even intentionally boycott all the non-meat products of this company, in order not to give it any profits whatsoever, and thus hasten its demise.  But here comes the Federal Reserve, bailing out one of the cruelest and most ecologically-destructive companies in America (in Silverwolf’s opinion) against the moral values of those who are forced, through their taxes, to supply the money the FED throws at these companies. This is all deeply immoral, and totally contrary to the concept of Government which Thomas Jefferson held. Just as we need a complete separation of Church and State, so we also need a complete separation of Economy and State, with the one exception of when people are actually starving in the streets.

Those who thought that Congressman Ron Paul’s warnings against Federal Reserve shenanigans were a little extreme, are finding out that they were not extreme at all, but highly accurate, once again showing that Congressman Paul is probably the wisest Congressman in the Congress, in terms of his grasp of economics, American history, and political theory. Virtually all the politicians in Congress are just that: brainwashed and lazy politicians who are working for their lobbyists and their own bank accounts and retirement funds; very few have the energy to study and come to understand the three subjects which a great American statesman must master: economics (and not the Keynesian kind), American history, and Jeffersonian political theory. Virtually everything Congressman Paul had predicted for the Obama years has come true, with the exception of the collapse of the dollar. And that may still occur.

Whether you feel the FED should be abolished, like the Austrian School of Economics and the Mises Institute do, or whether you are a Keynesian who things the FED just needs to be “reformed”, you must acknowledge the outrageousness and danger of what the FED did with these loans. After looking at the roster, we can all commiserate much more fully with Congressman Paul’s repeated warnings.

And the Federal Reserve owes Hindu-Americans an apology.

Glenn Beck: The Last Refuge of a Scoundrel

August 31, 2010

Silverwolf doesn’t forget. He hasn’t forgotten that Glenn Beck, as part of his and Fox News’ attempt to tarnish Congressman Ron Paul during the presidential campaign of 2008, had Glenn Greenwald on his television show labelling the Mises Institute, and by name and implication Congressman Ron Paul who is a member of it,  as a terrorist organization. Beck didn’t mind working for Fox when it excluded Dr. Paul from its “Candidates Debates”, although that certainly abridged  his Property Right to his freedom of speech as a major Republican candidate for the Presidency. Those Property Rights, which Beck is now always braying about in their sacredness, didn’t mean a pissant’s spitball to Beck when the company he works for, and he himself, were blackballing the good Congressman. And he actually promoted the Corporate-Communist line, which he now rants against, prior to seeing Ron Paul get over 25% of the vote in the west, when he publicly supported the Bush-Democrat-rammed-through Bank Bailout Bill. So the guy’s a stinking big-government-socialist whore himself when it’s to his convenience.

But like all political whores, once he saw how popular Ron Paul’s Libertarian “Return to Jeffersonian Principles and the Free Market” message was with a large swathe of the voting public, he jumped on the anti-Collectivist bandwagon.

Now, of course, he’s a “Libertarian”, although he talks of Patriotism, glorification of the military, overthrowing the separation of Mosque and State that Jefferson so ardently championed and defended, and saw so clearly was vital to this Republic and its Constitution, and “national honor”, terms used by the War Criminals on both sides in World War One, who butchered so many millions of young men from England, France and Germany. Now, once again, Beck is spreading that poison.

However, that is not the main thrust of this essay, but rather with the fact that back in June, Glenn Beck promoted the works of a notorious Nazi-lover and Jew-hater, Elizabeth Dilling. Beck told people to read Dilling’s book, The Red Network, and promoted her on his radio show, which is heard by millions of Americans, and claimed her as some kind of hero for supposedly exposing Communists during the 30’s. He amazingly overlooked the fact that she was a member of the  Nazi front organization, the German-American Bund prior to the war, wrote in favor of the Nazis, and was tried for Sedition in 1944 for trying to aid the Nazis by undermining the Allied effort. Her writings are filled with hatred for Jews; she was a propagandist for the Nazis in the vein of Jules Streicher. Yet, this is the Nazi Racist whom Glenn Beck goes on radio and television and promotes to the public, as “someone with a lot of good things to say”.

When Beck was called on this, he said he hadn’t actually read the book, or gone into Elizabeth Dilling’s background as a Nazi, someone who had succeeded in helping to murder 40 million innocent people on the continent of Europe, and ruin and disrupt the lives and hundreds of millions of other people.

Glenn Beck has praised and told his listeners to read someone who was a Nazi, and the Nazis, Beck may remember, were not only Racists and War Criminals, but  also Collectivists and Socialists. They also murdered several million children. These are facts.

The fact that Beck can go on national television and radio and shill for the Racist Miscreant Dilling, a Nazi who helped murder millions and promote racism and violence, and then say he was not aware of her background, shows that he is either a racist or, if we accept his argument that he didn’t even bother to investigate her background, then someone who is so slapdash and irresponsible in his due diligence and responsibility to the public as a recognized public talk show host, that he should have no credibility left. Like maybe someone who is lazy and only wants a lot of money handed to them for slapping their lips together for ten minutes or so, once a day.  Anyone who would continue to listen to the bullscat coming from such a source after such horrendous actions as Beck’s attempted character-assassination of Dr. Paul and the Mises Institute and his promotion of the writings of  Nazi Miscreant and rabid Jew-hater, Elizabeth Dilling  is either someone of feeble intellect, a racist, or someone who will overlook morally contradictory behaviour in their leaders and spokesmen for the sake of convenience. In effect, they have destroyed the Libertarian concept of the Integrity of Principle in Politics.

The best thing the Free Market could do, would be for the sponsors of Beck’s Fox programs to “disassociate their commercial intercourse” with the company unless Beck’s worthless, racist-promoting garbage show is pulled off the air. Beck is tainting Libertarianism with toleration of racists, and discrediting the anti-Collectivist movement with those cornerstones of Collectivism, those vague, indefinable concepts like faith, religion, patriotism and honor, that have been used since time immemorial to whip up men into war and religious massacres. Beck is continuing to promote this vomit.

Of course, about six months back, Silverwolf started hearing about a new organization coalescing, founded by Glenn Beck, the 9/12 Movement. He glanced at its so-called “principles”, and it was the eternal pablum of all big-government collectivists who are on top of it religio-fascists — the worst of both world. Again, the bullscat terms that have been used throughout history, so vague as to be utterly meaningless, like honor, patriotism, and faith, and which have perpetrated the most cruel horrors on millions and millions of innocent humans through history, were right there in black and white, and religion was right at the top, showed that this was just another American-Taliban scheme of the American Religious Collectivists on the Right wing, like the so-called “Constitution Party”, an oxymoron if we ever heard one, who want to overthrow separation of church and state, and establish America as a “Christian Nation”, instead of a Jeffersonian-Libertarian-Capitalist Nation.

A great Libertarian — a True Libertarian — named Mark Twain once said, “Patriotism is usually the last refuge of the scoundrel.”

When it comes to Glenn Beck, Twain hit the nail on the head.

Another Nail in the Right Hand: Destroying the Commodity Futures Markets

July 20, 2010

It looks like the Fascist financial morons that are heading our government have driven another nail through the right hand of Capitalism, the only appendage not nailed down now that they’ve gotten the left one and the two feet pierced and well secured. This is the Fascist Senator Cantwell’s pet project to castrate the futures markets, part of the new so-called “financial reform” bill, by having the government very loosely define what they mean by market manipulation, and have the government decide if you have or have not engaged in this, based on if they think the price is irregular. In other words, if the government doesn’t like you politically, or happens to think that prices have not acted the way that “they would expect them to”, then the bureaucrats can define anything you do in the futures markets as “market manipulation”, instead of actually having to prove there was some kind of conspiracy to “artificially” drive prices up or down.

You’d think that with position-limits reporting (at around 300 contracts in one commodity, unless they’ve changed it recently), and with the exchanges already given the ability to raise margins at a moment’s notice, or to raise broker loan rates by government action, that the government, the CFTC, and the large, regulated exchanges where almost all of the big trading takes place, would currently have all the tools they would need to curb what they would genuinely consider “excessive speculation” if there is such a thing, which of course there is not. In a free market, and a society of free people able to use their money as they wished, as long as it didn’t carry out violence, or the violation of another’s property rights ( the beautiful Libertarian non-coercion principle), then there would be absolutely no limits on what people could or could not buy (except other people — slavery is a complete contradiction of the Libertarian principle, since one always has a property right in one’s body — i.e. Freedom.)

Remember the oil market at $148? Without Fascist Senator Cantwell’s new regulation, the price fell all the way to the $30s level in no time. That is the power of the Free Market to correct prices without all these Nosey Parker new regulations, which will merely dry up the markets the way the animal grazers of Australia dried up their whole country. And it will also mean that the huge trading houses, who can afford the lawyers to weasel out of it, will be the only ones to attempt some so-called “manipulation”. They have eliminated, thanks to the Fascists, all their smaller competition, and the result will be less price transparency, a more irregular market, and much higher prices for the consumer at the wholesale and retail level, due to less competition in the pits. Moreover, any fine levied against one of the major trading houses will not be big enough to really hurt them as they will be in the “too big to fail” club set up by the Prez, Ms. Pelosi, and Congressman Frank et al. If it hurt too bad, it might destabilize our “friends” at that bank or investment fund, and we certainly couldn’t have that. Bankruptcy in modern America is only for the little fish, not the big whales.

What is amazing here is the sheer intellectual stupidity of the Fascists, and their complete lack of understanding of the Free-market mind, or even a basic trust in the Free Market, or Freedom itself. They have no intellectual grasp of the concepts of the Free Market, that what goes up, MUST come down, due to market mechanics, and the eternal waves of investor psychology that have been reoccurring from time immemorial, whether they were the medieval Japanese rice markets, or last July 4th’s sales, as pellucidly explained by Elliott, Prechter and Frost. If these Freedom-hating crackpot politicians really loved Liberty, and understood Capitalism, they would comprehend that it is only a completely unregulated, free market in commodities that keeps prices so comparatively stable in our society. Moreover, as Rothbard well pointed out, there has never been a “Trust” or “Cartel” or market “manipulation” that did not eventually unravel, as one member of the cartel breaks from the pre-ordained plan, and cashes in his chips while prices are ridiculously high, and before the other cartel members know what hit them. (And in the futures markets, huge quantities of a commodity can be sold in a second. Nay, they are sold in a second.) Such “turncoats” amongst the cartel members are known as “trust busters”, and they are the reason that no cartel has ever been able to stay together for very long — except and unless it can get the government to pass regulations, whole slews of them, that make it virtually impossible for anyone new to break into their field of business.

But now that the Fascist Democrat Senator Cantwell has gotten her Commie bill passed, it will have a chilling and predictable effect on the futures markets, for it will mean less participation in a market where the government can arbitrarily label anyone as a market manipulator, and, since the cost of defending themselves against the government from these vague charges would probably bankrupt them, they will be forced to plead “no contest” to a crime they did not commit.

This latest financial Fascisism courtesy of our non-economist, lawyer Prez, the Fascist Pelosi, and anti-Capitalist and enabler of the great housing debacle, Congressman Frank, along with Senator Cantwell, will, by diminishing market volume, actually lead to far more volatility in the futures markets, since trading volume will be thinner, as a certain number of big players decide in the light of the new regulations that the flame is no longer worth the candle, especially with higher tax rates coming next year, and the reinstatement of the heinous and immoral “Death Tax” at a disgusting 55%. Time to drop out until we have a new Prez, and some Financially Sane people in Congress like Congressman Ron Paul and former Senator Bunning.

Like all the plans of the Financial-Fascist morons, this one will backfire, because we are dealing with politicians whose intelligence is so dim and feeble, and whose understanding of the average American’s plight is so non-existent and callous, that they can never understand the interconnection between Freedom, Liberty, Capitalism, and Free-Markets.

The Financial-Fascist Morons, like Obama, Pelosi, Frank, Geithner, Reid and Cantwell have, with this last nail through the right hand of the Commodity Futures Markets, reached their goal and finally crucified Capitalism. Without a Free Market in Commodities, they will see how long their little Socialist-Fascist mini-Mussolini State will last.

Without Free Commodity Futures Markets, not too long.

Obama The Incompetent: Liberalism vs. Libertarianism

June 28, 2010

Now that President Obama and his Liberal Democrats have been ruling for a year and a half, the American public can see into what an absolute mess those who voted for Obama, and those who did not vote, have plunged this Republic. They have imposed their agenda of Liberalism, a false, unsound, and economically unworkable organized religion, on the American people, just as their European and Australian counterparts have done, and the inherent economic sense of the Yankee is finally awakening to their utter inability to deal with the economic problems of which they themselves are the cause. It is truly pathetic to see such a great nation led by such a bunch of incompetents and Mafia tricksters, out to loot the treasury and the hard-working individual taxpayer, in the interests of the corporations they work for. All the lies and obfuscations told by the President during the campaign(and often pointed out by Ms. Rodham’s supporters) were overlooked in the euphoria of his victory, as Liberals high-fived each other on their “finally” getting someone “good” in the White House. Eighteen months later the native intelligence of the American people can judge how “good”, and how correct the perennial Liberal Democrats were.

It is interesting to contrast how many grievous problems now exist in America thanks to the Liberal Democrats who voted for Obama versus how many of these problems would not exist if Ron Paul or a Libertarian had been elected President.

For one thing, the rule of Habeas Corpus would have been re-instated after Bush and Obama and their Congresses have destroyed it. Ron Paul would have restored this Civil Liberty to the People, but Democratic voters, and the people who couldn’t be bothered to vote, shot down that “radical” idea. Now we have that cornerstone of Fascism continued under Obama, thanks to his Democratic Party supporters, but of course, since they hate individual liberty (witness their Fascist support for jailing people for cannabis possession, and the income tax), that is no surprise. And, of course, not a squeak of protest from the “very Liberal” Democrats in Congress. I haven’t seen any of them sitting in at the President’s Office, or demanding the re-instatement of Habeas Corpus as a pre-condition for their continued support for Democratic Party Bills. Not a squeak.

And where are all those Peace Demonstrators screaming “Bush Murderer” now? Quiet as the churchmice they are. And closing Gitmo? Oh, please don’t bring up that minor issue. Prosecuting the waterboarders? Forgive and forget.

So once again, thanks to the Democratic Liberals, we still have the massive loss of lives and treasure in Afghanistan, now Obama-Rodham’s War. This callous Warmonger, and his Democratic Party supporters, continue to murder Afghan civilians, and get young Americans killed and maimed, while he strolls around playing golf, in the best Republican tradition. How many Afghan children, oh Liberal Democrats, has your individual vote for Obama killed so far? Does it bother you?

But let’s move on to that “minor” issue of 29 dead coal miners. Now, almost a year into the Obama’s so-called Administration of America, we have coal miners being exposed to dozens and dozens of safety violations that are punished solely by fine. No jail time for repeatedly endangering the lives of other human beings. (Contrast this to the way State laws treat the repeat drunk driver.) And the “solution” for Obama is to place a union representative in a government position. And of course, several months after the easily preventable tragedy, the issue is virtually completely forgotten, except for the grieving relatives who will have to live with the Administration’s inability to protect the lives of miners, even after being in power for a year, and with several months to prepare to take office.

Now, let’s look at how Libertarianism would handle this situation. First off, a mine owner would have to certify to anyone he contracted to work in his mine, that it was safe to work there, or tell them it wasn’t. The correct OSHA safety guidelines would work as a general guide to the potential employee as an indication of whether the mine was truly safe, and since unions would be permitted in a Libertarian society, as long as there was no coercion, either to join or not to join, then those unions could investigate individual mine safety before recommending to their members, or anyone, to work in that mine.

Now, what would happen if a mine owner fraudulently claimed that his mine was safe to work in when it truly wasn’t? Upon first discovering this very serious crime of a safety violation, which would be a breach of contract between the mine owner who had claimed that the mine was safe to work in and the employees, the punishment might well be a stiff fine, going directly into the pockets of the workers put at risk (not their union), since it would be possible that a mistake had been made, an act of nature had changed the safety of the mine, or the mine owner was genuinely mistaken in his perceived safety of the mine.

However, on a second (intentional or unintentional) safely violation, what would be the punishment? Nothing less than the complete confiscation of all the assets of the mine, along with the jailing of the mine owner. If people were killed in the incident, then the owner would be sentenced to life in jail without parole. And all those assets would go solely to the immediate families of the miners killed or injured. In compensation for the loss of their loved ones, they would be instant multi-deca-millionaires.

And what would be the effect of such a “draconian” punishment on the owners and shareholders of other mines? Silverwolf would guess that they would make damned sure that their mines were always operated in a safe manner, as they would no longer have an incentive to endanger people’s lives and receive a slap on the wrist from this wonderful “Liberal Administration”. With Libertarianism, this atrocity would be solved overnight; with the Democratic Liberals, it will tragically be repeated over and over.

And likewise with the oil spill in the Gulf. Though they’d been in for a year-and-a-half, — and just weeks after Obama, in his wisdom, decides that, yes, this foolish process of fouling up the oceans to get a little more energy to waste on American gas-guzzlers from the Socialist car consortium in Detroit is fine by him, so let’s open up drilling — they still hadn’t “reformed” the agency that was supposedly protecting the American public. Guess they were “working on it”, as all Liberal governments perennially seem to be, but “clearly more needs to be done”. Oh really?

Yet, all those “bright” Democratic Party lawyers in Congress never had the imagination to think that perhaps an oil spill of the future could cause more than $75 million dollars in damage, and a year and a half into their rule, they still had not changed this liability cap to an unlimited one.

And how would Libertarianism have challenged this problem? Simply by never allowing a “cap”, which is an illegal or immoral limitation on what a corporation would have to pay back individuals whose private property it irreparably damaged. And which means also that, right now, the individuals affected on the Gulf Coast, plus the US taxpayer, would own all the assets of BP. And the shareholders of BP would have to take the haircut, not the American Individual Capitalist.

It’s the same with unemployment, which would be solved virtually overnight by the abolition of the immoral minimum wage laws, which restrict an Individual’s Inalienable Right to Freely Contract with another Human Being. And likewise with all vending permits, and all business license requirements, would be abolished once and for all from this Indian Land, where free-trading, and the freedom to vend on public or private property, without a license, would be re-instated, as it existed in early America, on the frontier West and South, and in the tenements of New York and other immigrant magnet cities. Freedom to be a Capitalist would once more exist in America, but not only in small patches, here and there, for short periods of time. It would exist everywhere in America, and for all times.

But the Socialists would rather have their 9.8% official unemployment rate, and all their free goodies for their constituents, just as in Greece and Spain, than that principles of Justice should apply to Economics. At least many who voted for the Misery are now themselves amongst the Suffering, and there is a certain Poetical Justice in that fact.

It’s a similar situation with the deficit. Obama told us that a stimulus package was needed to get America back on its feet. Ron Paul said it would not work, that they would come back asking for more, and that the additions to the deficit would continue to destabilize the economy. And he predicted that when the package was proposed.

Now Obama and his economists are back, arguing that we need a second round of stimulus or we risk a double-dip, just as Ron Paul predicted over a year ago. Looks like Ron was right, and Barack was wrong. Again.

Moreover, let’s not forget the millions rotting in the American Bastilles for the “crime” of possessing a medically-useful herb known as cannabis, helping to bankrupt the States and the Federal Government, and in clear violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. But don’t expect those “Champions of Justice” amongst the Liberal Democrats to do a thing about it, even though the President could go on television in an hour and urge Congress to legalize it. Let’s remember that those millions rotting in jails right at this moment would have been re-united immediately with their families a year and a half ago, if Ron Paul had been elected President of the United States, and approximately 700,000 people a year would not have there lives disrupted by these Prohibitionist Miscreants. This continued heinous tyranny is brought to you courtesy of the Democrats in Congress, our nicotine-addicted, self-righteous, prohibitionist President, and all the voters who put him there. They are morally responsible for the continued immorality of these Prohibitionist Diktats, and let’s never forget it.

Modern Liberalism is a false, unworkable, immoral doctrine, based on the perceived whims of FDR and Keynes to conditions in a pre-digital world, almost 80 years ago. But the people continue to suffer from its consequences. The Obama Administration is a textbook example of how and why such an Administration is doomed to failure, and is, in essence, no administration at all. Except to administer restrictions on Freedom.

And that used to be known as Fascism.
