Mussolini’s Triumph: Obamacare, America Goes Fascist

October 17, 2013

Benito Mussolini must be smiling in the ash pile, 68 years after his death,  as the United States of America goes Fascist, forcing its citizens to buy insurance from private corporations.

Mussolini summed up Fascism in these words, “Il Fascismo e il Corporatismo”, Fascism is Corporatism, and today, October 17, 2013, with the failure of the Senate to stop the implimentation of Obamacare, Fascism has been firmly established in America.

No longer will a citizen be allowed to just exist on his own, violating nobody’s property rights, and not demanding that anybody else’s property rights should be violated for his benefit. The Constitution acknowledged the Human Being’s “inalienable” Right to his Life and Liberty, and to be left alone in privacy, but now Obama and his Democrats have finally overthrown those Rights, and turned all Americans into the slaves of the corporations — either that or live in poverty and let someone else slog all day to pay for your insurance, a kind of forced corruption of the Individual by the Government — or else pay the fine/tax, which of course forces you to dedicate your life and liberty to getting the money to pay the fine, a form of involuntary servitude. Clearly this is not only grossly Immoral, but also Unconstitutional, and no matter what the supreme court says, 5 to 4, it is clear to any logically thinking American that it is Unconstitutional.

It has taken 237 years for the overthrow of the Jeffersonian Constitution by the Corporate Fascists. Jefferson said that government, though a necessary evil, was essentially an evil because of the massive power it placed in the hands of individuals in the government, and that only the chains of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights could hold it down.

It took the Totalitarians 237 years to overthrow the Constitution of Indiviidual Liberty. Today they are laughing, and Jefferson is crying.

And on the ash pile, Mussolini is smiling.

They’re Libertarians and They Don’t Know It: The Freedom from Pesticides Bill of Rights

October 1, 2013

In a remote rural county of Oregon, a radical proposition is being placed before the voters that Silverwolf thinks is very significant for radical Individualist Libertarianism, not only because it attacks the Corporate Poisoners, who, in collusion with the Democrats, are slowly poisoning not only the beautiful lands in Oregon, but the local residents as well, but also because the Initiative would place the Rights of Individuals above the fictitious “Rights” of Corporations. These Corporate mass poisonings of the Public, through aerial spraying of dangerous pesticides adjacent to residential properties and lands, in order to swell the corporate coffers of the pesticide Industry, are the fruits of what anti-Fascist Historian  Dave Emory has called the Borman Underground Reich Capital Network, which is basically the wealth looted by the Nazis during WWII translated into corporate power throughout the world. The poisoning of Oregonians with Bayer pesticides is not very different, morally speaking, from the mass poisoning of Jews by Bayer during World War II, except in scale, only now the Democrats are defending the Nazis, instead of attacking them (though, of course, Roosevelt wouldn’t bomb the rail lines leading to the concentration camps, or even the camps themselves). The disgusting Democratic Governor of Oregon, John Kitzhaber, fully backs these attacks on the health of Oregon’s citizens and children, and the attacks on the value of their properties when pesticide residues drift onto their land. And this Shower calls himself not only a Governor but also an M.D.

The group opposing the Fascists and their Democrat Collaborators is the Freedom From Pesticides Alliance at freedomfrompesticidesalliance.org, which is based in Josephine County, Oregon. The actual initiative they are placing on the ballot can be read at their website.

Residential Property Owners must betake themselves to the defense of the environmental integrity of their demesnes, or this will become a rotten realm, fit for no man to live in henceforth. The Democrats and Republicans are destroying the Earth, as are the leaders of virtually every other country, from Valerie Puta, the Russian Whore, in her Siberia, to the Indonesian Tree Butchers of Borneo, to the Nazis with Suntans down under, murdering their kangaroos and deforesting the continent while they push boatloads of women and children back to sea, to the Japanese, Singaporean, and Malaysian investors, who make their money by destroying the rainforests of Asia.

And added to the massive spraying of toxic pesticides adjacent to the properties of Individual Free-Market Capitalists, is a proposed increase in logging and spraying by the Democrat, Congressman Peter DeFazio, which comes in the face of what the other day the UN called a 95% certain chance that global warming is taking place due to Human activity. Trees are Carbon Banks. The Democrats, including Obama and DeFazio, tell us that we have global warming and urgently need a carbon tax, but at the same time DeFazio introduces a Bill that increases logging on so-called “public lands” though they are administered by the BLM as a lucrative boondoggle for themselves and their Fascist, timber-corporation bedfellows. BLM collaboration pays the lucrative salaries, benefit packages, and pensions of the BLM bureaucrats.

So even though living trees are known to be wonderful carbon banks, DeFazio tells us we must cut more trees, as at the same time he tells us we should pay a carbon tax for the sake of the Planet and the coming generations. At the same time, he permits the use of atrazine in America, around children, when it has been banned in the EU since 2003, a ban he critically called for in the 1980s, but now is mum on. What a hypocritical Shower is Liberal Democrat Congressman Peter DeFazio!

(For an exhaustive examination of the pesticides which the Democratic Corporate Fascists are permitting to be sprayed on Americans, you can refer to preciousdirt.org, which is an excellent site for such information.)

It is only Libertarians, who want to defend their Inalienable Natural Right to the Quiet Enjoyment of their Property, and Environmentalists, who rarely seem to understand Free-Market economics, and who seem to have an animus against Capitalism, despite all the benefits it has brought to man’s basic standard of living, but who also share the Libertarians desire to have their properties free from invasion by toxic poisons — it is only these two groups who seem motivated enough to challenge the gradual Corporate Nazification of America, conducted by the mainstream Democrats and Republicans.

Silverwolf has written in the past of how these two philosophies, Libertarianism and Environmentalism, must come together and merge if we are ever to have a free world of free people in an unpolluted environ. A radical, Individual Jeffersonian Libertarianism, as seen in the original Bill of Rights and Constitution, is ultimately based on the defense of Individual Property Rights (and Professor Rothbard has clearly explained how all Rights, including Civil Rights, are ultimately forms of Property Rights, including the Right to own your own body),  Environmentalism, a loving of the Earth and Nature, and a wanting to preserve them as pristinely as possible, is also a type of Property Rights Defense Movement, although here the aim is the survival and health of the Human Race and all Life on Earth.

Through the legal weapon of the Freedom from Pesticide Bill of Rights, the voters of Josephine County will have a chance to prohibit the use of pesticides by corporate or government entities on all lands within the county except private residential lands. Though they have been accused of being on the side of corporations by the Left, Libertarians like  Professor Murray Rothbard have  repeatedly said that no one has the right to pollute the air you breathe or the water you drink. And, of course, one of the main Libertarian concepts, along the with Non-aggression Axiom, is the idea of freedom from invasion, whether of ones body by pesticide poisoning, rape, assault, or the Draft, or of ones property, like ones land.

As to the Crimes of Child Poisoning and Well Poisoning, — the Governmental Authority at the Federal and State levels has the responsibility and the authority to stop aggressions against Individuals like child poisonings, but that authority this day has become an abuse against Individual Property Rights to the very pitch of wickedness. The Crimes of Well Poisoning and Child Poisoning are so heinous that they may well warrant Capital Punishment, though that might sound extreme. and we have always strongly opposed the Death Penalty on Principle. But we’d settle for Life on Gruel at dull labor, which is what many Law-abiding Americans end up with, or even having the bottom fall out of their corporate stock portfolios, which in America is an even more feared form of Capital Punishment. (“Go ahead and execute me, but Please don’t ruin my stock portfolio!” cried the Corporate CEO at his trial.) Certainly such Crimes deserve at least 20 years in jail.

Governor Kitzhaber and Congressman DeFazio are Corporate Fascists who need to be impeached. These Showers are typical of the bulk of Democratic Politicians, just as deadly to children as the Corporate Republicans. It is a long way to the day when Silverwolf’s dream of having all buildings subterranean is realized, with the surface of the earth looking like one huge contiguous park or forest (and any necessary buildings above ground designed in the Gothic style of Oxford and Cambridge), but the first step to even having an Earth populated by Humans, Animals and Trees may be contained within this Bill.

It seems to us that in using the “Rights” argument to fight the Corporate Nazis, the Environmentalists, at least in this case, are finally on the “Rights” track, though we think the idea of “Community Rights” is an incorrect one which the Corporations can easily slap down. This is because a “Community” is a Collectivist Entity, just like a Corporation. Both are Notional Concepts, mere intellectual phantoms, and not a real Individual Human Being like you, with Inalienable Rights protected by Jefferson’s beautiful Bill of Rights. If a “Community”, which is a Collective, can have Rights, it will be argued, then why not a Corporation, which is also a Collective in our view, although without the coercion of being forced to stay in that Collective (i.e. a worker can walk off the job and quit; an investor can sell his stock).

Moreover, the “community rights” issue is actually a false attempt to enlarge the Jeffersonian concept of Natural Rights. Natural Rights were only inherent in Individual Human Beings, we’d guess in Jefferson’s mind, because at the time environmental pollution and deforestation in America probably never entered into men’s consciousness.  Back then, someone might decry the cutting of a particular grove or area that they loved, but the environmental degradation the upcoming generations are currently facing has gone way beyond that.

However, in establishing a “community rights” concept in Law, the Environmentalists are establishing, or rather re-inforcing, a dangerous anti-Jeffersonian concept — the concept of collective Rights. This phoney and false concept is the very reason Corporations have been able to establish and maintain such a massive violation of the Bill of Rights against Individual Citizens, as well as enabling whole groups to shift their tax burthen to other, less powerful groups and Individuals, both vile forms of cozenage. For example, married people and people with children getting huge tax deductions in the form of exemption credits which single people don’t qualify for (although if we continue to have the immoral income tax, then people with children under 17 should continue to get a tax deduction for up to two children). This massive injustice has gone on for decades, and is soon to be expanded with the legalization of Gay marriage. Such inequalities are corrupt and immoral, but you’ll never hear the Democratic politicians using their bully pulpit to denounce them, and call for their immediate abolition. On the contrary, they applaud it.

So, the establishment of “community rights” is a dangerous, collectivist phantom, that does not exist. However, since most of America passively accepts these collectivist injustices, such as corporate tax breaks and privileges, and marriage tax breaks, then going for “community rights” fits in nicely with the deception. If it helps halt attacks on Individual Free-Marketeer’s bodies and lands, then it is worth trying.

Another problem with the concept of “community rights” is: who defines the “community”? Is it a specific geographic area, and who gets the power to decide where the boundaries are? Now, in this case of Josephine County, the boundaries of the “community” are the borders of the county, so the concept is limited, at least to that extent  in this case. But  what about the members of the community who want the spraying and clearcut logging to continue? What about the people who hate trees, want to kill off Nature, and are so misanthropic that they want to see an end to the Human Being.  Aren’t the Necrophiles entitled to community rights also, since they are part of the community, and it could not be defined as a community without them?

Obviously, the idea of “community” can be extended outwardly indefinitely unto the utmost inhabited regions of the Earth. In actuality, the only “community” on the planet is Human Beings; it includes everybody. But we obviously don’t have control of what happens in “communities” in Siberia or North Korea. And in the short run, we think it imperative for Jeffersonian Classical Liberalism, that America continue to exist as a separate country, since it has the most Libertarian Constitution in the world, and by merging America into a “world community” at the present time, that Constitution would be quickly overthrown by the 80% of the world that is still Totalitarian.

No, the Environmentalists need to stick to one simple point: defending Individual Rights, (and ultimately those are all Individual Property Rights). That’s all Jefferson bit off, and it’s plenty. Don’t complicate it by saying that “ecosystems” or “natural communities” have Rights, because most of the American public, and certainly the legal scholars, won’t buy that. Animals don’t even have rights in America; they can be butchered and eaten by their owners, or butchered and have their corpses sold, to be pleached and plaited with human spittle; they can be slowly tortured to death in useless experiments at universities. What a vile end to a joyous life that began as a chick or a calf or a goat kid or a lamb or a baby salmon!

So if animals don’t have rights in America, and trees don’t have rights, you’re not going to convince a judge or the voting public that “ecosystems or natural communities” have rights, although “natural communities” does include in its concept both the ecosystem and the people living in it, so it might have rights because it involves Individual Humans by definition. But it still fails on the grounds of instilling rights in things other than Humans, which we don’t think will wash with the courts or the public.

However, this is picking tiny flaws in what is otherwise a seemingly well-wrought piece of legislation. One very important point this Bill does address, and it is a point Silverwolf has put forth many times in his posts, is that Individuals must be put above Corporations in the eyes of the Law. Our Jeffersonian Constitution speaks only of Individual Rights; it says nothing about Corporate Rights, and so, in our Laws, Libertarians must fight solely for Individual Rights, for the idea of “Corporate Rights” is an oxymoron and a lie. Collectives don’t have Rights; Individuals do.

So kudos on the Environmental Revolutionaries who crafted this wonderful, though slightly flawed bill. This Libertarian howl of Freedom is for you, and for the necessary coming day when we shall see the marriage of Jeffersonian Classical Liberalism or Libertarianism with the Environmentalists, who are Libertarian Defenders of the Earth and Private Property Rights, but don’t know it yet.

Oregon’s Fascist Immunization Bill SB 132 Passes

June 22, 2013

Oregon’s Fascist Democratic Governor, John Kitzhaber, has stated he will sign the Fascistic SB132 Bill which requires that parents who wish to opt out of the mandatory school vaccination program will now have to not merely sign a statement that they object because of religious or systems beliefs, but also get a signed statement from a physician attesting to that fact, or else present a certificate stating that they have watched an “educational” online video on the vaccinations, euphamistically called immunizations.

This vile infringement of the Bill of Rights, which in effect requires involuntary servitude for parents in the form of going to a physician (and paying for it, of course), or being forced to sit through a video that will undoubtedly tout the “benefits” of vaccination and then present a certificate to that effect, is being foisted on Oregon parents and their non-voting children by the Fascists Democrats in the Oregon Senate who voted en bloc 16-13 against the Repulicans to send it to the House and thence to the Governor. The Fascist Kitzhaber has said he will sign this heinous and anti-Libertarian piece of state coercion.

This is just another typical example of the Fascisti that represents the Democratic Party in the Oregon Legislature and Governor’s Mansion. These Immoral Fascists say nothing about the pesticides that are routinely used around Oregon schools, to which the unvoting children are forced to submit themselves, nor the vast amounts of pesticides, including atrazine which is banned in the EU, that the Timber Industry sprays all over Oregon, poisoning children and adults, while the Governor and State Legislators do nothing about it.

This bill passed the Senate 16-13, with every Democrat voting for it, and every Republican voting against it, save one who was absent.

Several press sources have stated that the national average for non-compliance with vaccine requirements in public schools is 1.2%, while in Oregon the rate is 6.4%. In Ashland Oregon, a Liberal Democratic stronghold with an Oregon State University campus, the rate of non-compliance is reported to be 25%. It’s interesting to note that in this highly-educated, Left-leaning Liberal city, the non-compliance rate is four times the statewide average. Quite a contradiction to the Fascist Democrat Governor’s position. It well shows what an arrogant Fascist is Governor John Kitzhaber, who is also an M.D.

The solution to this criminal violation of the Bill of Rights is to vote the Democratic Fascists out of office, vote in Libertarians who respect the Jeffersonian Bill of Rights which outlaws involuntary servitude, and to close the public schools, which are merely tools of the Fascists designed to brainwash and condition small children. Parents should seek alternative modes of education for their children, like home schooling.

Oregon’s Democratic Governor John Kitzhaber and the Oregon Democrats in the Legislature —- 100% pure unadulterated Fascists.

Enviro-Libertarianism: A New Necessary Political Outlook

December 7, 2012

It seems to Silverwolf that what the world and the West and especially America really needs is a new political movement which he would call “Enviro-Libertarianism”, a combination of the Libertarian maxim that 1) no person or group of persons may aggress against the Property Rights of any other person (including their own body which Libertarianism also regards as a Property Right) and 2) the principle that, as Ron Paul has said, no one has the right to pollute the air you breathe or the water you drink.

Silverwolf thinks that without bringing together the twin outlooks of a Jeffersonian-minarchist, radically free-market, Capitalism, and the environmental safeguards that would protect Individuals and their property, and indeed the whole planet and its animals, against the gross environmental pollution of the earth that has gone on for decades and is now accelerating beyond the Fail-Safe point, — yea, without this critical synthesis, there will be an envionmental chaos that will wipe out the human species. Only a merging of the Libertarian Philosophy of respect for the Individual and the sacredness of his Rights, magnificently codified by Wisechief Jefferson in the Bill of Rights, and the sane responsibility of the Environmental movement, that loves the earth and its animals trees and wants to preserve this miraculous paradise for future humans instead of raping it to benefit those corporations and their stockholders in bed with big government all over the world — only this merger will save both the planet, Capitalism, and Jeffersonian Republicanism.

Murray Rothbard pointed out that when private interests own resources like copper or timber in a truly free-market, they have to ration their annual harvest if they want their business enterprise to be self-sustaining, say for a hundred years, but when government controls huge swathes of resource-rich land and is in bed with major corporations, like the timber industry, and sells those resources to the corporations at below market prices, it encourages those industries they do business with to take as much as they can in as short a time as they can without regard to further sustainability. And so we have gross clearcuts all over the West with so-called Liberal Democrats like Congressman Peter DeFazio (D-OR) calling for even bigger forest rapes or “thinnings”, with the “lumber” going to totalitarian Communist China. The Northwest Forests of America are being decimated by so-called Liberal Democrats like Peter DeFazio, Senators Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden, and Governor John Kitzhaber, who have increased the cutting of the Forests in the past years under Democrat Obama, and who stand by and permit the dumping of thousands of pounds of toxic herbicides and pesticides on the forests in populated areas full of children. And think of all the innocent critters, birds and lil rascal varmints whose playgrounds and bliss have been wiped out by the collusion of DeFazio, Merkley, Wyden, Obama and Kitzhaber with the timber industry against the sacred Earth. They are destroying your Earth instead of defending it.

And this decimation of the forests is going on at exactly the same time that they and their fellow Democrats bleat their call for a carbon-tax that will come out of the pockets of the little guy, not the big logging interests.

Now tell me, Congressman DeFazio, if it is so important to institute a carbon-tax because the world is so close to the brink of destruction from global warming, then why is is alright to cut even one single tree if, as we have been told countless times, trees are carbon banks that store excess carbon-dioxide as they grow, only releasing it when they die and decay. The glaring contradiction and hypocrisy of these Forest Rapists is very clear.

Gee, Congressman DeFazio, if our environment is that fragile now that we need to be taxed, then why not call for an immediate logging moratorium on Federal lands, say for 30 years? Why is a tax crucial, but destroying even more carbon banks in the form of trees is not crucial? If global warming is real, that logging moratorium might make the whole difference in the planet and its inhabitants surviving. If global warming is not real, and the earth re-cools, and with 30 years of unmolested growth rebuilding some of the desecrated areas of the Forest, then perhaps commercial logging on private lands could be resumed if there were still any demand by then for wood as a construction material.

These fracking Congressional Democrats, in collusion with their blood brothers, the fracking Republicans, are destroying this miraculous planet and its miraculous life with their eternal bleat of “jobs” while they pick up their $150 grand-a-year for moving their lips and showering, these People’s Representatives who make 3.75 times approximately what the Average Adjusted Gross Income is for all Americans. Some “Evermans”, huh, these Senators and Congressmen and Presidents and Governors. Only Congressman Ron Paul had the integrity to pledge that he would only accept the Average AGI as his Presidential salary, in a wonderful gesture that illustrated the point that the President is not above the People but serves at the Will of the People. No more Emperor Nixons, thank you.

Sadly, the Green parties throughout the world seem to always side with the Left, or Liberal Democrat regimes and administrations, not realizing that Socialism and Central Planning is disastrous for a society and will always lead to poverty, as one sees in so many of Obama’s and Cardinal Geithner’s various financial and medical insurance schemes. In Australia the Greens side with that sadist and racist, Julia Gillard, Prime Minister of a country that stole its land from the Aborigines, and now won’t let in a few Tamils fleeing the horrendous human rights record of Sri Lanka, Muslim asylum seekers from Burma, and others fleeing Iran and Iraq, into a vast land the size of America which could easily absorb a few thousand more refugees. In America, the border cities are stuffed with so-called “illegal immigrants” by the hundreds of thousands and millions, but things don’t fall apart and go along pretty smoothly. Haven’t heard of any armed uprisings in L.A. by a “Mexican Liberation Front Army”, have you?. But fragile Australia can’t house a few thousand extremely brave immigrants, or let them go about on conditional release within the community, and instead keeps them in virtual prison camps offshore, living in horrendous conditions (tents in the rain that leak) as was recently reported on Radio Australia. Prime Minister Julia Gillard is a disgrace to Australia, a disgrace to the Libertarian tradition of British Liberalism which was one of the bright spots of the British Commonwealth, at least in theory, and, finally, a disgrace to the Human Race. Western Liberal Governments should step up and criticise this Harridan most harshly. Shame on Australia for its disgraceful and cruel treatment of these brave Human Beings

But I run before my horse to market.

The Green Parties, unfortunately, in Europe, in Australia, and in America invariably side with the Left. And, unfortunately, the Libertarian Party has failed to distinguish between what we would call “Corporate Libertarianism” which attempts to equate the Rights of Corporations with those of Individuals, and “Individual Libertarianism” which was the original concept of Jefferson and was most recently championed by Professor Murray Rothbard when he founded the modern Libertarian Party. Rothbard’s later severe break with the Koch Brothers perfectly illustrates the clear dichotomy between these two views, Individual Libertarianism vs Corporate Libertarianism. Whereas our Constitution speaks of “Individual Rights”, it makes no mention of Corporations whatsoever. Corporations were a cunning, but necessary, later invention, but in today’s political climate it is absolutely essential to distinguish between the Rights of Corporations and the Rights of Individuals, and it is the Rights of Individuals which must be put on top.

The Democrats and Republicans have reversed this natural order, putting the Corporation above the Individual, and this perversion of Jefferson’s intent in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights must be re-reversed.

Indeed, we’d put it to you that “Corporate Libertarianism” is not Libertarianism at all, but actually its opposite if you look at how it works in America and abroad. It’s a form of the old Mercantilism of the British Kings who would give the plum monopolies to their friends, relatives, and fawning minions.

So, the point is that Environmentalism must be linked with the Individual Libertarianism that seemed to animate Rothbard, and not with the Corporate Libertarianism which is the main braying call of the mainstream Republicans. Ron Paul represented such an Individual Rothbardian Libertarianism in our view.

Today’s news of a huge fall of one-third in the sperm count and quality in French males  in the past 30 years is a confirmation of the continuing domination of the corporations as they pollute the Earth and its People, and that sperm count fall in France, of course, mainly took place under the enlightened “progressive Left-wing’ French government in Europe, that stronghold of the Greens. We can see how well the Greens are protecting the Environment and the Earth and its People.

The only thing that will save the World now is a radical Environmentalism, that treats environmental polluters the way you’d treat rapists, married to a radically free-market Libertarianism, that takes the defense of the Individual’s Property Rights, including his body, as the only legitimate function of government.

Without this marriage the world is doomed.

Oregon State Measure 80 on Cannabis: A Libertarian Hobson’s Choice

November 3, 2012

Reading through the text of Oregon State Measure 80, the Measure that would de facto legalize cannabis in the State of Oregon, a Libertarian might be tempted to through up his arms in dismay, as he ploughs through the myriad conditions that will accrue if this bill is passed, from yet another State Commission, to a tax on medical cannabis sold through State-licensed pharmacies, to proceeds from the sale of this medicine ending up in state coffers. The complexity of the Measure will probably be a turn-off to anyone not having a personal stake in the issue, but the bill contains one revolutionary clause that is a Jeffersonian bomb thrown in the midst of a Fascist gathering: Section 474.065, Paragraph 3.

Section 474.065, Paragraph 3 may be the most Libertarian little phrase, at least in its effect, to quietly drop from the pen of a Hempster-Libertarian since Mayor Al Smith laid into the hated Prohibiton Laws when they were finally thrown in the gutter where they belonged. What this paragraph does is legalize the growing of cannabis for personal consumption without state interference from arrest or taxation. Those adults who want to use cannabis for any reason whatsoever, be it medicinal, philosophical or hedonistic, could now do so without the Fascist Miscreants of the State sticking their noses into the Individual’s private affairs. Those who need cannabis of a certain strength for serious medical conditions could buy it at state-licensed dispensaries, where they will pay through the nose but get what they need to alleviate their conditions. We don’t like the idea of the State being involved at all in a private citizen’s medical treatment, but if the State is going to certify the potency of various strains of medicinal cannabis, then it is appropriate that the state taxpayers be compensated for the associated costs. We think prices of $10/gram and up are outrageous for a plant that can be grown as prolificly as wheat or corn, but then the patient is still permitted, under Section 474.065 Paragraph 3, to grow his own without cost to himself, so there is an alternative.

One outrageous provision of the Measure, Section 474.155, would outlaw the consumption of cannabis in public, punishable by a $250 fine, with a few exceptions, like prominent signs permitting cannabis use in that area. We find this provision ludicrous in a society that is so permissive that it permits tobacco addicts to smoke in public streets, thereby assaulting the bodies (and the property rights vested in their bodies) of all passers-by, even children. And what of the medical cannabis user who must suddenly take a dose to alleviate spasms or pain while in a public place? Should they be made criminals and forced to pay such an outlandishly unfair fine?

And what of the homeless? Under this provision they will never be able to use cannabis if they wanted, since they are on public property virtually 100% of their time. They should not be denied the Right to use cannabis merely because they do not have the price of a domicile.

No, the correct course is to legalize usage in public as long as the smoke from the cannabis does not reach any unwilling citizen and assault their property right to not have their bodies invaded by anything, harmful or beneficial. It should be illegal to smoke cannabis within 100-200 yards of another person without their consent, just as it should be with tobacco, although the penalty for tobacco should also include jail time.

On the positive side, the Measure seems to tackle the question of what impairment, if any, cannabis causes, and its effect on drivers. It seeks to set standards through medical research, although, as an Anti-vivisectionist, Silverwolf hopes these studies will be carried out solely on human beings. It also sets a standard of presumed negligence in any accident that might occur involving impaired motorists prior to getting the results of the impairment research. And it also prohibits the trafficking of cannabis to minors, although we think the phrase should have read “delivery to minors”.

The Measure also rips apart the puerile restrictions on hemp farming which would quickly balloon into a huge industry if it were legalized. The American Communists of the Democratic and Republican Parties have certainly shot American Capitalism in the foot on this one. Only the Libertarians and Ron Paul Republicans have had the moxie to call for the legalization of hemp farming for the last few decades. The Commies have been winning so far.

Finally and remarkably, the Measure mentions the violations of Religious Liberty the Bipartisan Prohibitionists have inflicted on anyone who adheres to the values of the Old Testament, for in Genesis 1:29 it gives to all men the use of all herb-bearing seeds. This assault on Religous Liberty by the Communists will also be swept away if the Measure passes.

So, despite its flaws and its many bad points, Measure 80’s Libertarian Section 474.065 Paragraph 3, and its concern with establishing an impairment level, if any, justify a “Yes” vote. And that’s just how Silverwolf voted.

Is it Time to Jail the Obese?

July 15, 2012

Silverwolf has been cogitating on the feasibility of jailing the obese.

He finds something very strange in the Obama Healthcare Mandate, which overturns the prohibition against involuntary servitude amongst other egregious Constitutional violations. It seems that we are told that we have a “responsibility” to purchase medical insurance or pay an outrageous tax or penalty, but the recipients of medical care seem to have no responsibility whatsoever in Obama’s view as to how their behaviour effects medical insurance costs and medical costs nationwide. Somehow tobacco addiction, obesity, and alcohol use are all forgotten about when the Democrats talk about “responsibility”, but clearly remembered when it comes to the normal weight tobacco- and alcohol- abstainer suddenly forking out hundreds of  extra dollars a month. Somehow these self-responsible folks suddenly have a “responsibility” when it comes to paying their neighbors medical bills for conditions brought on by tobacco and alcohol and obesity, but the “victims” of their own behaviour have no responsibility it seems as to the unneccesary medical costs which they inflict on society by their self-destructive behaviour. When we see the collective costs of medical care in America as a percentage of the GDP and the Federal Budget, we realise that the costs associated with tobacco, alcohol and obesity are helping to bankrupt the nation and consequently to undermine the U.S. Dollar. And with these costs in view, one could almost say that using tobacco and alcohol, or being obese constitute a type of Treason against America in that the individual is using the balance sheet of the U.S. Treasury and all U.S. Taxpayers to clean up the mess which their own behaviour has brought about.

The other day, Silverwolf was looking at a photo of the Class of 1992 from the local high school, probably in their late 30s by now. What was striking was that out of the 25 or so in the photo, only one person could said to be of normal weight, all the others being outright fat, or “thick”. Compare that to a photo of the Class of 76 in the high school annual of that annum. Almost all the girls where of normal weight, and amazingly cute, with only a couple of corpulent demoiselles in a class of 30.

Silverwolf puts this down to Bill Clinton’s patronizing of major junk food chain restaurants when he was a popular President, the corporate subsidies these corporations have received from the heinous Corporate-Communist Import-Export Loan program, and the proliferation of junk food sales at our government schools. But in a larger sense it is down to the merging of corporations and state in America, which has gone on apace with alacrity under both Democratic and Republican Administrations. No one in government will attack the junkfood industry, like Dairy Queen with her huge corporate interests backing the President and his tax confiscations.

So since Obama and the Democrats and the non-Ron Paul Republicans all want to continue to jail people for using cannabis medically or recreationally, and since our National Debt is so huge and is swelled so much by the Medicaid and Medicare use costs associated with tobacco, alcohol, and obesity, it seems to Silverwolf to be wholly in line with their bi-partisan beloved Fascist Prohibitionist system that we consider Silverwolf’s proposal to jail the obese or anyone more than 15% over their normal body weight as well as tobacco addicts and alcohol users in government “re-education” camps where they would not be released until they had achieved a “normal” weight according to government bureaucrats, or had achieved one year and one day of abstension from tobacco and alcohol.

Jailing the obese would have a profoundly beneficial effect on America’s annual medical care bill. It would lead to a strengthening of the U.S. Dollar, a much healthier population, and many fewer orphans.

The fact that it violates the Bill of Rights should not bother our friends on the Progressive Left since they fully believe in government intervention when the end effect is a pragmatic increase in the general level of well-being in society, the effects on Individual Rights and Liberty be damned. So there shouldn’t be much problem there.

It’s on the pseudo-Conservative wing of the Republicans that there might be more resistance. Obese Republican bourbon-swillers forced to forego their cigarettes for a year might be slightly irate, and try to raise issues like the supposed importance of the Bill of Rights, but those Individual Rights objections would be lightly swiped down by the Robert’s Corporate Socialist Supreme Court now that they’ve ruled that involuntary servitude is once again O.K. in America.

Of course Silverwolf would have to raise serious Libertarian objections to his own plan, such as the egregious violations of Natural Rights law such jailings would entail. But what is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, and I guess if the public is going to continue to jail sick medical marijuana users or bankrupt them with their exorbitantly priced state pharmacy schemes, then Silverwolf will just have to go along with jailing the obese. That’s what the poll-going 25% of the possible electorate that put Obama in office seems to want, so it’s only just that jailing people for their unhealthy habits is also acceptable. according to the public’s vote.

Yes, jailing the obese is certainly a proposal whose time has come. It would save the nation a fortune.

And after the goals of this “corrective” program are achieved, perhaps we can move on to the meateaters.

The Hospital and the Slaughterhouse: Modern American Medicine

May 12, 2012

Silverwolf has seen it over and over: Americans in the medical care schemes, both governmental and private, being treated like the industrial animals that those same Americans eat. If you treat the animals like things, then you’ll end up getting treated like a thing. And that is exactly what is happening in this torture chamber known as American Medicine.

Not that it’s that much different in other countries. The myth that America is Capitalist, and Britain, Canada, and Australia are Socialist because the latter three have government medicine plans that all are forced into, is just that, a myth. (We recently saw Daniel Hannan, the British MP, talking about how much better American medical care was than British health care. As if there was much difference in the levels of incompetence!) It is merely a matter of degree. Those in America who are on government medical schemes, like Medicare and the Veterans Administration, well know how they are treated, and what monumental amounts of form filling and red tape must be dealt with by a sick person, as well as the government medical care tactic of putting tests and surgeries well into the future, allowing the patient to sit with their disease for months untreated, whereas they probably would have been treated far sooner under a private system. Prior to government medicine, much of this energy went into treating the patient, and resulted in lower costs to the consumer. Now, the doctor and the hospital will run every conceivable test, because they are on a pay for fee system, with the government footing the bill, and many of these tests have actual negative side effects on the patient, a patient who is most probably already diseased in some way. These tests in themselves can push a condition from benign to acute or critical. But they mean big money for the hospitals, labs and doctors. And even in the private insurance plans, the providers know that the more tests they run, the bigger the bill. The BBC recently had a report precisely on the topic of unnecessary tests being run in America, and the “expert” explained that it was because America was on a pay-for-service system, so it paid to run useless tests on the Human Guinea Pigs.

Now in a system as has been proposed by Congressman Ron Paul, there would be no government involvement in medical care. Patients would pay cash, insurance companies would offer catastrophic medical coverage for an affordable premium, and the indigent could be treated at charity hospitals supported by donations. (People could still pay into a government medical scheme if they wanted to, but all the costs would have to be bourne by the participants.) Without this injection of government funds pushing up the cost of medical inflation constantly, bills would be far lower, and the physician and patient could discuss which tests might be useful, with the patient getting the final say on what tests he was subjected to.

Another big cost-saver would be to have the patient sign a legal disclaimer as to the liability of the physician for any malpractice charges that might be brought in the future. Presumably, if the patient is going to this specific doctor, he has a certain confidence in his professional competence. Imagine a renowned cardiologist, 50 years in the profession — if a patient goes to him, the patient certainly has the expectation that the physician is competent. But in the course of human action there is always the possibility of mistakes. Now, would the patient be willing to take a 40% discount in his bill in exchange for signing a legal liability waiver with this renowned physician whom he has dealt with for decades without a problem? Probably yes. But the government comes in, puts no caps on liability awards, thus forcing the physician to purchase liability insurance that is astronomically expensive, which in turn forces him to add a large percentage to each patient’s bill in order just to cover the premiums. And so the malpractice insurance companies are bilking both the doctor and the patient for huge amounts, thanks to the government, just because we don’t have the liability disclaimer Silverwolf has suggested above.

Silverwolf recently heard of a case that seems typical of how government medical care now works in America: A man went in to have an aneurysm in his groin corrected. After the surgery, overnight in the hospital, the man had a heart attack. He was given oxygen, but without moisture, according to one of his visitors. He developed pneumonia. He spent about a month in the hospital, where they also threw in a bowel resection for good measure, so that he now voided into a sack. He was then airlifted to a facility 170 miles from his home, out of state, making visits from friends and relatives arduous, having to drive through mountain roads in the winter. After several months on a ventilator, being fed 1000 calories a day from a bag, the man was returned to his state. Finally off the ventilator, a semi-nursing home was found for him; oxygen tanks and other equipment were rented, but on his first night there he vomited and the caregiver, who was not a registered nurse or nursing assistant, panicked and called an ambulance. He was transported 40 miles back to the hospital where he’d started out for his aneurysm repair four months earlier. After several days, he was transported to a local fully-equipped nursing home. A week later it was discovered that he had terminal pancreatic cancer, which he’d probably had all through this months-long ordeal, although evidently he was never tested for this, nor did any physician ever seem to have a clue that this could possibly be the case. He died two days later.

One of this man’s medical bills came to over $998,000,000, according to his Power of Attorney administrator. It was paid by Medicare. There goes another thousandth of a Billion onto the national debt, and into the pockets of the nursing homes and insurance milkers.

This man would undoubtedly have been better off to have had his aneurysm blow out and die passed out after a few minutes, for his case well illustrates how government interference in medicine, and the easy profits it facilitates, has lead to many charlatans entering the field whose only aim is money, instead of observing the Hippocratic Oath or caring about the patient. It also leads to horrendous costs for those forced to purchase private insurance, which even then usually only covers 70-80% of the bill. This is the great American medical system that the Democrats want to force everyone into, so that Mr. Buffett, and the other insurance industry moguls that back them, can all make even more easy money.

But all this should not surprise us, for Human Beings in America (and Australia and Canada and England) are treated exactly the same as the people in those countries treat their factory farm animals. The mass butchery of the innocent Animals that goes on daily in Western countries, and all over the World, is a deep moral stain on modern man, given the huge supply of beans, nuts, and seeds that could be produced on earth, as well as other high protein foods like potatoes. And Silverwolf believes that Libertarianism, which is based on a deep respect and non-aggression tpwards other Human Beings, will never succeed or be complete until Men (voluntarily) become Vegetarians or Vegans.

When Men treat Animals with respect, then they will be treated with respect.

The A-Bomb of Libertarianism Approaches

April 2, 2010

Forgive them, Lord, for not understanding what they do, for when they sow the winds of Fascism, they will reap the whirlwinds of Liberty.

Thus it is that the Democrat politicians have failed to understand the magnitude of what they have done to the generation below them, and when that generation awakens to the theft of their Freedom, a Freedom that has been relatively unhampered until now, the effect will be an A-Bomb of Libertarianism, spreading as fast as a mushroom cloud, sweeping the last vestiges of Fascism and Communism into the wastebasket of History, where they belong.

Silverwolf predicts that the younger generation will come to understand the magnitude of the oppression that holds them down, and will overthrow that 80-year long Tyranny at the polls in an electoral A-Bomb that will propel so many Libertarians and Ron Paul-Republicans into office, that the lemming effect will take over, and people will be crawling all over each other to be labeled the “Libertarian” Candidate. And Libertarian has little to do with Manchurian; they are the opposites.

Yet there is one difficulty, and that is that Libertarianism is an ideology of ideas and principles, applied to the political sphere, and thus to be a Libertarian requires a certain intellectual effort, a penetration of the mind into the facts of reality to understand them, and thus be able to control them for oneself. But the American public is a profoundly un-intellectual group in general, and so it is rather lazy when confronted with a large, but no means overwhelming, volume of reading and concepts that should be pondered over to legitimately call oneself a Libertarian.

Silverwolf well recalls his reaction when listening to Mike Jingozian, during the candidates presentations for the Presidential nomination of the Libertarian Party in 2008. Jingozian was asked about his views on “The Tragedy of the Commons”, and was not even aware of what the concept was, something that anyone who had read through “Man, Economy, and State” by Murray Rothbard, as well as countless other books before it, would be aware of. It showed that Jingozian was more interested in being a candidate than in doing the necessary groundwork in reading and pondering that would be necessary for such a serious venture as being President of the United States. Jefferson, for example, had a huge knowledge of the preceding theories of political “science” that had come before him, thanks in large part to Puffendorf, who had acted chiefly as a collector of other people’s political ideas, which was exceedingly helpful to Jefferson. In effect,  Puffendorf was Jefferson’s “Google search engine”.  But at least Jingozian was honest enough to admit to a hall full of people that he didn’t know what the concept meant.

Politicians (or is it statesmen we need?) are a bit like rock lead guitarists or singers. They all have their styles, and it may be possible (and usually is necessary) to separate the style of the politician from the immorality of his actions. Take four politicians whom Silverwolf takes an exceedingly dim view of: LBJ, Reagan, Thatcher, and Clinton. Though their morality be that of the sewer, one can yet say that each had his style and charisma as a politician, and each had a certain skill in that whoring art. Like a good technical lead guitarist, you had to admire the dexterity of LBJ, pulling the dog ears of Congress to get them to start the bankruptcy of America with his Democrats’ Warfare-Welfare State. Or Teflon “Dutch” Reagan, whose daily atrocities against the American people, and against true Capitalism, were laughed off as mere peccadilloes and fleabites, as the love of America just kept swelling towards this charlatan. Or Maggie Thatcher, demolishing any man who’d stand up to her, in an avalanche of abuse and argument which made her invariably seem more masculine than  her opponents. Or Bill Clinton, whom the people loved no matter what he did, as long as the economy was good. All of them virtuosos in that horrendous art of politics. But not one of them understanding true Free-Market economics (even if they claimed to), or Libertarian principles, or having the Jeffersonian spirit of Freedom.

So the difficulty of bringing a rather intellectual political and economic set of principles to the American people is formidable. But thanks to Statesmen like Congressman Ron Paul, many of these ideas have finally been put forth before the public, not only here in America, but throughout the Socialist world. And once those ideas are out there, Fascism will start to rust. Lets hope it finally corrodes all the way through.

Yet, notwithstanding these difficulties, Silverwolf thinks that bright, well-grounded, and serious people will come forward, that there will be a mid-term landslide for Libertarianism and Austrian economics, and this mid-term landslide will result in a Capitalist Revolution at the next Presidential election, and a Revolution in the way people think of their responsibilities. With the Capitalist Revolution will come a rapid gain in prosperity for the assiduous and industrious (and lucky) which will further reinforce the validity of the Free-Market. Nothing succeeds like material success when it comes to economics, and in this case, the people will see that the moral choice, Capitalism, which is scrupulous in respecting the Property Rights of the Individual (which includes the Rights over his own body, i.e. no draft and no income tax) is not only the moral choice but also the practical choice for increasing the prosperity of the people, i.e., “promoting the general welfare”.  This Jeffersonian Ideal will replace the Socialist Ideal of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, DeFazio, Schumer, Frank, Blumenauer, Kucinich, Sanders, and all the other Collectivists in Congress who have assaulted the property rights of every American by robbing them through the political system with their unconstitutional healthcare boondoggle. And someone who robs you is a thief.

When those 20-somethings who didn’t vote, or who voted for Obama, never thinking it would cost them $500/month for life to do so, suddenly realize the quicksand the Democrats have stuck their once-free life into, they will react with a rage like a caged bull let into the arena. They will go into those polling booths, or fill in those circles at home with wrath in their wrists and contempt and disdain in their hearts for the Totalitarian Bullies who have enslaved them, so the Insurance Corporations might grow yet richer— Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Romney’s dream. And when the count is over, it will be like Yeltsin and the Movement behind him, or Havel in Czecho, sweeping the greying Reids and Pelosis before them in a great cleansing tsunami of Liberty.

The A-Bomb of Libertarianism is being assembled in the minds and souls of America’s once indifferent, as they feel, for the first time, the cold fingers of Communism creeping round their hearts, compressing their cardiac function into the angina of anguish always caused by the Communists, and their miserable, immoral, bureaucratic system, which denies the sanctity of Human Freedom, the Natural Rights Laws of Jefferson which he incorporated into the Bill of Rights, and the religious passion that owes all allegiance to “That Which is Holy”, and not the State, or some ugly, blasphemous piece of cloth known as a flag.

The American Public does not understand that all Rights, including the Bill of Rights, derive from Property Rights (and we all have a Property Right in ourselves, which means we cannot be enslaved, or assaulted, or have our property robbed by anyone, either an Individual, or a gang of Individuals, or a gang of Individuals known as the State). Professor Murray Rothbard masterfully points this out in his critique of Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’ famous “Shouting fire in a crowded theatre” ruling. Holmes’ failed to reason the real reason you can’t shout fire in a crowded theatre, which is that somebody’s Property Rights have been violated, either the theatre owner’s, or the other ticket holders. The person falsely shouting “Fire” has violated the Property Rights of one or the other by defrauding them, and it is on this basis that they should be prosecuted, not the vague Statist argument used by Holmes to abridge the Right to Freedom of Speech. Same with Freedom of the Press. It’s a violation of the Property Right of someone to buy a press, buy newsprint, hire reporters, etc. It is either fraud or the violation of our Right to acquire property in both cases, and fraud is a crime against Capitalism (or a specific Capitalist).

No, the brain-deadened Communists have no inkling of the reaction of Liberty they have provoked with their Fascist Healthcare Bill. But when that A-Bomb of Libertarianism hits next November, the mushroom cloud will spread so fast, and jettison so much flotsam and jetsam in its wake, that the political landscape of the Western World will never be the same again.

Come November at the polls,  the A-Bomb of Human Freedom will explode in these United States, and the Mushroom Cloud of Liberty will rise again in America.

The Healthcare Bill Crime: America Won’t Turn the Other Cheek

March 22, 2010

The Moral Crime perpetrated against the American People last night by the Democrat Party Miscreants will go down as one of the most shameful in the continued destruction of the Republic by the Collectivists. The anti-Jeffersonian, corporate interests have won a vast victory, or at least they think they have, in forcing 30 million new Americans to pay their daily tribute to the Buffett and other Democrat interests in the insurance industry. You can be sure the wealthy Democrats are toasting their champagne right now, as they celebrate their being able to coerce millions more into their new Democrat-Mafia extortion racket. Their domination over the Jeffersonian Ideal of the Free Man is complete.

But those interests, or rather the Democrat millionaire politicians who are their Running Dogs, may soon be laughing out of the other side of their faces as the wrath of the American public rises and swells. Millions of America’s young people, who don’t have a pot to micturate in, are waking up today suddenly confronted with the problem that they will have to pay a tribute of hundreds of dollars a month, for the rest of their lives, just to exist in America — a new form of involuntary servitude just as repugnant and immoral in its coercion as was the old curse and Crime of Slavery, for it is Slavery pure and simple, with corporate interests milking the labor, instead of Colonel Massa.

Judging from the phone calls coming in to cspan immediately following the vote, it sounded like a lot of young people in America are suddenly waking up to the fact that they have been slapped in the face, financially speaking, overnight, and slapped by the very people who a few months back they were enthusiastically getting whipped up to support. Out of three calls in opposition to the Bill, two were college students of 19 and 20, and one was a 17-year-old just getting out of high school They are learning the hard way, and fast, that indifference to political events can be deadly, and cost you your life —  or at least your food money for the rest of your living days. Those who didn’t vote because politics was “boring”, or who got brainwashed by the rhetorical style of the demagogue from Chicago, or who didn’t even think of politics at all are quickly realizing that indifference to these matters is just to invite Fascism right into your house. And it’s here.

But Silverwolf predicts that the anger engendered by this immoral Bill, and the way it was forced down the American People’s throats by the Democrat Miscreants will create a backlash such as has never been seen in American politics before. This Bill will add millions of voters to the rolls of the Republican and Libertarian Parties, while alienating many Democrats who, while not understanding economics, will understand the Fascistic Injustice of the Bill. For millions of Americans, it will mean giving up their food money, and millions of others will find that it pays to slip into poverty, spend down their savings, take their money out of the bank, and thus qualify for subsidized health care. This is a bill that will encourage mass poverty, which of course is where the Democrat Party plans to get its future members.

But Silverwolf also predicts that the Injustice of this Bill will jolt millions of College aged youths to adopt the Libertarian views of Congressman like Ron Paul, much as the Draft under War Criminal Lyndon Baines Johnson and War Criminal Hubert Horatio Humphrey mobilized a whole generation of young people to not want any government authority coming in and wrecking their lives just to please the war interests backing the Democrat War Criminals back then. Obama-Pelosi’s Healthcare Bill is Johnson’s Draft; and its effect will resound in America for a generation, Silverwolf speculates. The Revolutionary fervor of youth is always underestimated by the A.K.’s over 40 like Reid, Pelosi and Obama, and this time will be no different.

Repeal the Bill. Vote the Fascist Democrats out of office.

Come November, Vengeance at the Polls!

Massachusetts: A Lunger in the Collectivist’s Eye

January 20, 2010

Tonight, the Libertarian Spirit in America has delivered a good lungerful right into the eye of the Collectivists. Those who spat on the lives of millions of Americans, as if their pronunciamentos would have no effect on those on whom they were imposed, are finding the lungerful is coming right back at them. They thought they could force millions of Americans to pay tribute to their almighty corporate interests to the tune of several hundred dollars a month for life, and that none of them would protest, and all would collaborate in their own destruction like sheep. All those millions who didn’t bother to vote, or voted for the Dems, never dreaming it would cost them their food money and higher income taxes, suddenly realized that voting Democratic, — or not voting at all — could cost them very dearly indeed; a sure cure for political indifference.  Then the Tea Parties erupted, in large part because they were first initiated by Congressman Ron Paul, who had educated a vast segment of the electorate so well during his campaign for the Presidency, that they knew exactly what was being done to them. This was the original impetus behind the Tea Parties and their anger, although Ron Paul certainly wouldn’t approve of interrupting or talking over someone trying to make a statement, as happened at many townhall “meetings”. The fact that the moribundi of the Republican Party tried to hijack those Ron Paul Tea Parties as their own was inevitable, but it should not detract from their originator. And even if the hijackers are mainstream Republicans, we should not shun their alliance if we see eye to eye on these issues.

The Democratic politicians, living in their ivory towers with their vast Congressional and outside incomes, completely divorced from the misery which their inflationary policies are creating for the average American, have been given a rude awakening, although they are the sort that are constantly and eternally in denial, because to deny the validity of their political ideology would be to deny the validity of their own lives, and all they have been engaged in for the last thirty years. They can’t handle that reality, or the reality that trying to ram Fascism down the throats of Individualist Libertarians will always fail in America, and that is why they will find yet another excuse as to why they lost in Massachusetts. The fact that they lost because they are Fascists and bullies, who want to stick their noses deep within the lives of every member of the community, exactly as religious Fascists want to, will never be admitted to. But reality will sink in when there is mass defeat, and an alienation of voters that will last for many years.

The prospects for a Libertarian Party, or political wave, have increased greatly in the last few hours. After two and a half years of hell, since the first risings of the Obama-Clinton Fiasco during the campaign, America has been on a downhill trajectory. Now the ground is leveling out, and Silverwolf believes the trajectory for Individual Liberty may be up, for the first time in perhaps two and a half centuries.

One-two-zero-two-zero-one-zero. A mystical combination of the most basic numbers; the essence of the digital revolution. Is it also the date of the initiation of the Libertarian Revolution, first in America, then in the rest of the world? We hope so, and it is certain something most devoutly to be howled for.
